I placed an order on April 23rd. It is now 7 days later and I still don't have it. There is NO WAY to speak with anyone because they don't answer their telephone. I could have driven to Phoenix to pick it up rather than wait a week with a bad knee. By the way, they have an "F" rating by the BBB. Also, they almost stalk you to death with their constant email offers with big discounts. Never again will I order from this company with the fancy website.
I was trying to give StabilityPro the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic but over 2 weeks later, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER! I ordered a knee brace on April 16th and I could see through the "Arrive" app that on April 18th a shipping label was created and on the 19th it says "pre-shipping info sent USPS awaits item". There's been NO PROGRESS on my supposed shipment since then! I've emailed the company 3 times and called once with NO RESPONSE! I highly, VERY HIGHLY suggest that YOU DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If the company happens to reach out to me and apologizes because it was an error and I actually receive my order, I'd be more than happy to change my review!
I'm am going to find the owner of this company and put them in the hospital for defrauding my daughter who is recovering from a knee injury. Not to mention all the elderly customers they have scammed
It took three weeks although the initial email said 5-7 days, no response to my email when I inquired. Now that it's arrived, it's too small. So I need a XXXL apparently.
This is a scam. You will pay and never receive anything, then never be able to reach anyone for a refund.
I ordered a knee brace with standard shipping and over a week later it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service only to receive an automated reply that their inbox is too full and they are no longer accepting emails.
I also opted out of their promotional emails when placing the order and have been bombarded constantly.
I am disgusted with this company. Don't order from them!
Please. Everyone that is considering to purchase a product from this company, DO NOT DO IT. They are a scam/fake/shell company that will not follow through on your purchases. They have a "dummy" voicemail service if you call their listed number. Their email leads to nothing as well. They may provide you with a USPS "tracking number" for your purchase and inform you that they "shipped" it, but this is not the case. Dont spend money here with them.
Totally unsatisfactory company. Absolutely horrible. No customer service at all. Do NOT order from these thieves. I wish there a way to shut down these scammers.
I ordered over 2 weeks ago was told delivery was 3-5 days. Got a bogus tracking number and now 4 weeks still no product and no responses from emails or calls. This is awful not a business this is a scam. $26 little or not its MY money and I use it to purchase a product. I WANT THE DAMN PRODUCT!
I've been trying to speak with a representative or someone from the company for over a week now to no avail. I've used every method demonstrated on the website and still haven't heard from anyone. My product still hasn't been shipped to me. At this point I just want my money back.

Customer service so poor, been trying to reach them regarding the order and I am getting no response, sent an email and it failed to deliver, called their number no response tried chatting them up, got no response too. Am kinda scared I won't get the product and loose my money too. I hope this isn't a rip off
I paid 12.99 for 3 day delivery and it took nearly 2 weeks to receive it, and I ordered a xl and the thing was so small I couldn't get it around halfway, and I am not that big! They won't reply to email and they don't have a customer service number to talk to a actual person! Dont order from here unless u wanna be out of money! Would give 0 stars if I could
All I can say is I usually read reviews but didn't this time I guess I thought hey it was just a simple waist trainer but never the less all these review on them not answering or sending the product are true do not do not do not order I don't care if it's 50 cents I wouldn't do it I hope this helps and also do ur reviews on a company if u never ordered from them before
I would not place an order with these people. I wish I had read the reviews because they are exactly right on. I ordered 2 thermometers and they sent one and it was broken. They charged me 32 dollars. They still have my 32 dollars. No response to my emails or voicemails. Nothing.
I ordered 4 masks a uv wand and thermometers. 3 masks arrived none of the rest. Sent them numerous emails to no response. Phone messages no answer. They are frauds. Don't order from them!
I have emailed and called several times and no response. I was sent a thermometer that didn't work and they charged 31.00 for it... it costs 7.99 in a pharmacy. I asked to send it back and have my card refunded or send it back and send me new one... no response! The Better Business Bureau has several complaints against them.
I ordered two mask and a thermometer, took for ever to get it shipped and when it arrived there were only two mask, not even the color I ordered but was ok with that, but there was no thermometer in the package, they want me to pay 50%of cost to reorder replacement. The package was in great shape when it arrived, I had to cut it open so the thermometer was never put in the package to start with. Service is super bad, the company is bad period, stay away
I ordered TWO waist trainers because of such good ratings on their website and I just came across this review website and I feel so stupid. I ordered on the 11th of April, it has been 10 days. This not right I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking there is a delay because of this pandemic. BUT NOW I AM PISSED. (update: its great quality but bad customer service and took a while to come)
Answer: Contact your bank and file a claim against them. Visa transactions are covered for fraud.
