I ordered a back posture brace and when I went to open it the straps were already broken, a piece of the strap adjuster fell off. I really needed this for work because I sit at a computer all day and to be excited when I received it only to open the package to a broken product really upsets me. Then I have emailed twice and called and still no response. I went from upset to angry and it just isn't okay to not respond like they said that they would.

I ordered two thermometers from StabilityPro. Actually I ordered one but before I checked out they offered the same thermometer at a reduced price. I ordered that one as well, thinking that I could edit the order to one before I checked out. Unfortunately, there was not a way to edit it. I immediately wrote to the customer service to ask them to change the order. They wrote back two days later to indicate that the product had shipped and they could not edit the order. How convenient. On top of that, I still have not received the product, ten days later. I would never ever do business with the company again. It is either a scam website or has terribly inept management.

Placed an order for a knee brace. Received shipping notification but nothing really moved. "Label created" stage for days. Emailed company. No response. Disputed with PayPal. Package suddenly started moving. Received the "brace". Cheap thin foam and flimsy fabric do not offer any support and it will not last a day if... IF. It was actually a knee brace. Goes around just fine on the wrist of a child and looks more like defective hospital restraint than a brace. Emailed company asking for a refund. No response. This company is not US registered, consumer complaints are useless and don't scare them. Storefronts on eBay and Walmart are full of fake reviews. If you like a cheap and non-functional item, you either have very low standards or posting a fake review. Avoid.

Placed two orders. After placing the first order they sent me a email stating they would give me 20 % off my next order so I ordered a waist trainer and I never received anything. They made labels or entered information to make it appear they wear in the process of mailing it. However they never mailed it and upon tracking the alleged packages it stated the packages only had labels printed but were never mailed. I want to file a class action lawsuit with some of these other consumers that were ripped off. I tried emailing and calling. I got an email claiming they would check on my order. But NOTHING CHANGED

I purchased products and my order was doubled which they charged me for. I immediately emailed them and Facebook messaged to let them know what happened. Calling was a joke as I couldn't reach a live person. After nine days they chose to respond to my emails. I'm sure that was to make sure the product was delivered to give me no other option. The cancellation policy is very clear just didn't realize they would SCAM me at the check out and double my order. I will not do another business transaction with them.
I was really hoping they were going to correct it the 1st time. They did not but were super quick to respond to me email within a day after letting me know my order doesn't qualify for return. It truly saddens me that is the way they represent yourselves and conduct business.

I ordered a waist trainer and was pleased with the product itself. Although I was extremely worried when it did not come in 3-5 days took more like 2 weeks and did not like that when I did reach out to customer service I could not speak to anyone nor dis I get an email response. My waist trainer was true to size and works fine. I would say the quality was good for the price. I just don't know what I would have done had I needed to return it as you can not speak to anyone and realized after the order that you can only receive store credit on returns. I may consider ordering again if there was something I needed from them but need to do better with the customer service.

I purchased a pink waiste trainer Received a plum looking color... THE PREODUCT IS VERY CHEAPLY MADE I TOOK IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE STRETCHED IT AND THE ZIPPER FELL OFF I KID U NOT... I DIDNT EVEN GET TO WEAR IT... they offered to send me a new one but said since they can't be sure I didn't wear it I would have to pay for shipping but the product could. It be returned as I used a coupon that they provided when I found the site smh. Needless to say I was just out of my money because I was definately not gonna pay another dime to get another one of throes paper thin flimsy waste trainers smh they should be ashamed of such a horrible designed product

I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I dealt with this company... I ordered Men's Belly Shaper ~2XL / Black and Men's High Waist Stomach Compression Briefs XXL / Black. They sent me a WHITE BRIEFS... Per their website guidelines,, I send TWO (2) emails asking for instructions how to return everything... NO REPLY, I called the customer support number. No human, they direct you to send an e-mail to *******@stabilitypro.com... I sent TWO emails... No Reply to date...
