I purchased an item that their website would be sent to me in 4-7 business days. One MONTH went by and they never sent it. Every time I emailed them, they just said they're forwarding my concern to the appropriate team. Their phone number goes to a voicemail, which no one ever called back. I ended up requesting twice for them to just cancel the order (after waiting for a month). I ultimately had to contest the charge with my credit card.
I wish I Read the reviews for this company before I bought. I purchased two garments the least expensive one came in, but the most expensive one did not come in. I'm dealing with Sofia iclaims is customer service, She says it was sent out by USPS however when I use the tracking number to track it, it shows it was never sent and they just keep giving me the runaround so come Monday. I will be calling my bank and disputing the charge and have the charge reversed.
The product is way too small and too short. If it was just too small I'd gladly order a size up, but the fact that the product was so short that it rode up my rear end painfully even hunched over means that no product replacement is even possible. A refund to my payment method would be the only feasible solution, and a refund was denied. Also the customer support people are extremely rude and straight up told me I didn't follow the measurement guidelines properly when I did follow them correctly.
Their online return form is useless when you have a legitimate return reason. They block it with a gift card offer when you have a legitimate return reason that doesn't violate any of their conditions. And also charge 10% return fee if they have to do a manual return. They waste your time with the instruction to use their online return form that goes nowhere that you intend it to. They take an automated phone message during business hours instead of taking the call.
They will not issue refunds if labels or tags are missing but neglect the fact that some items have no tags attached. So with that they could conveniently deny or discourage a return.
Don't waste much time on reviews. File a complaint at the Federal Trade Commission instead.
I was turned on to this Marena men's compression vest by a friend who also got it from ShapewearUSA. I tend to perspire and this vest wicks away the moisture and comes out clean after I launder it. I've been using it for 2 months already and think I will be buying one more to rotate with. On top of the aesthetics part of my clothes looking the way they should, it also seems to help motivate me to have better posture. Overall great product for a guy.
I always order shapewear from this brand because the quality is unmatched. It provides excellent support and comfort, making me feel confident all day. I've tried other brands, but nothing compares to the reliability and durability of this one.
I paid $194,22 for 2 shapewear, insurance ( does not work) plus taxes from places where I do not live. What a scammers. The company took my money and I told them, I did not receive the products. They kept my money, and customer service was terrible. If you don't want to be robbed, "DO NOT BUY AT SHAPEWEARUSA"
If you place an order and don't receive the goods, they will keep your money. Send me your email and I forward to you the receipt. Thanks
Ordered items that are new with tags but can't return for payment back there is NO RETURN POLICY. You can get exchange or store credit. So if the only two things you would ever order are crap then you are losing your moneyBEWARE!
I bought 2 items that I didn't like. I was offered an exchange but not a refund. I wasted $200 and am now stuck with a gift card that I don't want. From now on I will only use Amazon who returns everything. Very disappointed in Shapeware USA!
I reached out to them because i never recieved the item. They said its delivered so i dont get a refund or a product. Paypal sided with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The customer service was absolutely terrible. They had me reach out to usps so i could get a replacement but then decided they werent going to give me a replacement
Some good, some not so good. The shaper was a high quality product. It came a day late, but alright. I wanted to speak with someone on the phone to get the right product, but that was not possible. So it took WAY longer to figure it out, but if I'd looked a lot longer, I might have done better. I didn't have that kind of time after surgery. So having someone available to answer my questions would have made it go much faster & easier. The sizing is very, very, very small. So neither piece worked. The ones I got looked to be for a child, they were so small. So that is another place where, had I been able to speak with someone, I may not have lost $41 from having to return the items (2 day shipping plus a fee). There was no tracking information sent, so I thought it was not shipped, as the email they said I would receive when it was shipped was never sent. The return was very clear and went smoothly. The online popups are quite annoying after you order to try to get you to buy more stuff. If there had been better communication re: sales and shipping, I might have ordered again sometime, but otherwise, I lost out without a product that worked for me & lost money because the sales and order information is a bit lacking.
I had a horrible experience with attempting a return and the customer service rep sent me an unprofessional email regarding my experience review. After this, I tried leaving a bad review on the order I had issues with and they emailed back saying that I am an unverified reviewer meaning they don't post bad reviews even when you are a real customer. I attached my order showing I'm a real customer, the unprofessional email that Steve Jones sent me, and also the email saying I'm "unverified". Also, the shipping was about 12 days or so. Very long time to wait when you need something after a surgery. The return policy is horrible especially considering how the sizing on these products vary so much between brands. Just order somewhere else. I can't believe companies are allowed to block real reviews.
I wish I would have heard of ShapewearUSA.com sooner. These guys offer the best Colombian shapewear products brands at prices much lower than retail stores and big budget chains. The shapewear are brand new, and and delivered straight to your door. I ordered a full body suit by Delie Fajas. Shapewear looks and feels great. In love, it is perfect to keep shaping my body the way I want it.
The doctor wanted me to get this for recovering post-surgery and i am glad I did it. Best shapewear.
I ordered two abdominal binders from Shapewear USA for after post-surgery recuperation. They were ordered in November, and surgery was in December. The binders arrived two days after the surgery, so I had to purchase some from the hospital. Shapewear USA would not answer my requests to return the items until after their 90-day return window. These are expensive and I have no use for them now. They were never used. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a shapewear but got the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and pam was very accomodating she refirected me to a link that automatically processed my exchange. It was easy and very convenient. A free retirn label was issued to me.
Pam was able to help me in finding the most suitable piece that i need. She's very accommodating and patient. My order arrived on time and as described on the website.

I placed an order almost 3weeks ago i I still haven't received it. I emailed them numerous times no one reply until three days later. Then finally someone emailed me stating what I ordered not in stock 1 week afterwards. Then I was given a option order something else in which I did, I received a text your order is more money than the one you order first & this was yesterday. Yesterday evening I received an email your first order we now have in stock …not the way to conduct business
Paid for expedited shipping (2-4days). Per the tracking # they provided me, my shipment was pending shipping for a week. So I emailed to inquire about by order and threatening to contact BBB. The order was shipped the following day & it arrived days after I needed it for when I had surgery. I am still waiting for the refund that I requested in my email. THANK GOD AMAZON PULLED THROUGH WHEN SHAPEWEAR DROPPED THE BALL. Go with Amazon. Awesome shipping times and killer return policy!
