Stay away! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. A total fraud. No 'live' person to talk to. All communication by email. I paid $24.95 for 2 day delivery. Did not get 2 day delivery. I wanted to return two items totaling $57. You have to print out their label. They were willing to give me $38 credit. The other $19 was for shipping charges and 'inspection' fee. What a rip-off.
Then they only credited one of the two items I sent back. I emailed them four times asking for the refund on the second item. No response.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I'm not letting these thieves get away with this!
Just stay away. They are not reputable.

I ordered a bra and within 2 hours the wires were stabbing me on both ends! I reached out to them since I spent $50 and it was already trash within two hours and all they could offer me was $10 store credit. They couldn't do anything more because the bra was already worn. They had the worst customer service and the quality is not worth the price. Do not purchase from them unless you're okay with spending a lot of money and getting sucky products and sucky customer service.

Fraud Fraud

Fraud alert, use this company at your own risk, I ordered 2 articles 3 weeks ago paid extra for faster shipping, big mistake, go usps tracking # they say orders been shipped, but usps says has never been picked so someone is lying.and I believe it to be this company since the last 18 days I've emailed them several times with no answer. No customer service

I would rate 0 if I could. I purchased from this company online I reviewed their return policy first because of the sizing and another company charged me a restocking fee. The policy stated returns within 90 days full refund. I paid for expedited shipping 2-4 days and I actually received it 6 days later. I received the garment and opened the package it look like I could fit a 6 year old child. I immediately went online to process the return and got a message about tue tags being attached. I looked back at the garment and I did not see any tags. I found the tags to be inside the plastic between the card board and the plastic. The tags were never attached to the garment. Is this something that they do to keep people from returning. I have sent 2 emails and I have called them and left a message. Seems odd that a company would not have a live person to speak with instead you leave a message. Also I have this garment with no return address and no address in their website to send back.

Buyer beware. Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service. They claim to offer 100% customer satisfaction but in reality they do not honor their return/refund policy. They claim that certain items are nonrefundable even though there is no such notation on the item page. In addition their sizing charts are highly misleading. They show equivalent UK and US sizes but no dimensions

This company is a SCAM! They do not honor their exchange/return policy and will give you the run around hoping you give up in wanting to return or exchange. They ended up not responding to me after requesting an for an RMA number and I have been ignored. Do NOT buy! Waste of time and money!

BEWARE! If you buy a product and keep it ok BUT returning is a F'nNightmare! 25% restocking fee for a size I did not order and the size I did order is not in-stock but the site says it is not only is it false advertising but all ShapewearUSA satisfaction guarantees are complete BS! ShapewearUSA is basically a broker and a
Scammer! After emails back and forth. No shipping labels and if you ordered from different designers/manufacturers they're are different addresses to mail back at your expensive! They also require photos and at their discretion can reject them. Again, even after you paying to mail back they charge 25% restocking! Im sure it's not the designer/manufacturer charging this fee it's the broker ShapewearUSA skimming 25%. Please DO NOT BUY from them! You can buy the same items else where. SKIMS products are good too. I have bought the same items elsewhere return them with their shipping label, hassle free 100% refunded. WARNING DO NOT BUY from ShapewearUSA! They are a scam and their satisfaction guarantees are nothing but FALSE advertising!

I bought a post surgical bra and it was the wrong size. Over 40 emails later I had still no information on how to return. I was later then told I would be given a store credit. When I emailed him back place an order with the credit I got no more replies. So now I have 2 bras I will never at $40 a bra and no store credit I can find. Not having a customer service number to call and talk to a person is ridiculous. I do not know how they can make the claim easy returns. Worse experience ever. Do not order from them.

THEY DO NOT HONOR ANYTHING THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE! HAPPY CLIENTS MUST BE THOSE THAT DID NOT HAVE TO RETURN/REFUND A PRODUCT. ITS SIMPLY A NIGHTMARE. THEY ADVERTISE ONE THING, THEN WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY CLAIM THEY DO NOT DO XYZ... EVEN THOUGHT ITS CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE! YOU CANNOT CALL THEM, YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL, SO THAT TELLS YOU ABOUT THE COMPANY-SIMPLY DOES NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER PROBLEMS!
