I would never EVER order from this company again. I washed my shaper in warm water on delicate in my washer and the thing shredded like a piece of cheese! I contacted the company and they said you can only hand wash it! Why is material on a SHAPER so flimsy that you can't even wash it on delicate? The company refused to exchange or refund. With the covid 19 viruse running a muck, who wouldn't want to wash a shaper that will be full of sweat in a washer so that it's thoroughly cleaned? Wish I could give them zero, very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

Date 05/25/2020 I spent 59.99. I was very excited to receive my order I've been researching this product and wanted to support this business. Wasnt sent tracking information so I reached out. That wasnt the issue the second time I reached out and the third time because USPS claimed it was delivered in my mailbox and it wasn't filed a claimed with USPS and forward information to there customer and they wasn't trying to resolve my issue at all very disappointed with this company. I wanted to try to get health and use this product for this purpose. Not happy with there customer service.

I placed my order with this website (after extensive research of course) since October of 2017. I have spent a substantial amount with them and they have for sure upgraded.

I remember when they used to just sell body shapers, I first heard of them on the Wendy William show and now they have branched into other things and so has my business. I buy from vendors everywhere and this website is one of my favorite simply because of the trendiness of things.

I am a bit older but my customers are younger new age types, so this place has kind of helped me "keep up the trend" so to speak.

Thank you for always keeping your prices low even after all the popularity with even the Kardashian's posting you guys. That has also helped prop up my business as well.

You will always have my business and I recommend them to everyone.
