I purchase a waist trainer and it was the wrong size so I'm trying to exchange it I've been trying to reach out to customer service for 3 weeks and nobody is responding so unprofessional
I love my waist trainer and it's working.and they sent the right size. Spoke to Michelle and exactly when she said I'd get it is when I got it... I haven't been let down by them... knock on wood. Lol hope I don't either..
I purchased two items from this company a Bodysuit in a size XL and a Vest in 2XL.
It took over three weeks for me to receive my order. All for the vest to be the wrong size.
So I emailed the company they told me to send it back which I did. They REFUSED my vest stating it was damaged and the email I received from Michelle she flat out called me a liar saying they mailed me the correct size. So I had to take a picture of the vest they sent me along with my order form. Which clearly is the wrong size. Save yourself the trouble order from theBelleSociety. Way more professional and integrity.

I made a purchase a month ago and I havent received my items, they dont answer the phone or emails. They keep sending me email with coupons and promotions!? A Soon as i made the purchase the took the money and I pay for two day shipping! This is unbelievable!
They sent me the wrong wait strainer. I have called and emailed them numerous times. No one answers the phone, or replies to emails. It's been weeks. Very unprofessional.

I Was so happy to order my waist trainer... It's been three weeks no shipping, no product, no reply, no call back, no email return or follow up, No refund... At this point I have disputed my order with my bank and have filed a complaint with the better business bureau for fraud and to dispute my transaction with this company after calling numberous times and email I'm done looking for my order... It. Is unacceptable to take money as a business from a consumer and not deliver on the product I had plenty of options for this product but I choose your business amongst the hundreds of reliable businesses if you cannot deliver on your product or are backed up in product or whatever as a courtesy at least notifybyour customer and follow up with customer service help... save the time and effort and get the kaoir waist eraser ordered last week got it today
