Here's another review since the last one was deleted. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT. Very flimsy & loose. Not as described in the description. When you ask for a refund they won't give it to you because the item is on sale (the whole website is) they want you to do an exchange for another flimsy waste of money product. I have tried to contact someone, nobody is responding. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEI SITE!
My wife ordered me a back brace and when received it was to small. I have sent 12+ requests for exchange and all come back "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. You will receive a response within 24 Hours on Mondays through Fridays 9am - 5pm EST. I have NEVER receive a response. I sent the brace back with all the responsed and they received the package and still to this day have not responded to me to make this rigtht. WORST company i have ever worked with.
This site is a scam. Do not order from them. They will take your money, send you a fake tracking number, and you will never receive your order. They never respond to calls or emails. Finally, they are NOT accredited by the BBB.! Please do not make the same mistake that so many of us have already made. Even a single star rating is too much for the service they provide.
They didn't deliver the items I ordered, it was never sent to the United States Postal Office to be delivered to me. I paid for 2 - 3 day delivery on 4/3/20 and now it's been 16 days and haven't heard from the company after leaving phone voicemail messages and emails. Post Office in Phoenix Arizona says that this company has been doing this to customers and are being investigated. Do not purchase anything from Stability Pro

I ordered a back support brace for my mother and it happened to be in the wrong size, I emailed them asking if there's anything I could do and no response on it. The only response I get now is promotions from them. Absolutely terrible
Ordered mask April 3rd, paid for 2 day shipping and still have not received mask, they have been sitting in AZ according to online tracker, so called left message with company, no response for 5 days, then I get accuse about mail not going out due to COVID 19,, yet anything else I order from any other company comes within a few days and all by other bills are being sent to me on time. This companies support is horrific. They don't call back, days before replying to a email with no help whats so ever. I asked for a refund and still no response. I guess I will have to contact the BBB. Advise stay away from this place if you want your items on time and want a better customer service, because this company has no customer service.
I ordered sweat vest on April 3rd 2020. I paid 12.99 for 3 day shipping. Ordered wasnt shipped out until april 8th 2020. I have tryed to contact company via facebook messenger and tryed to contact via their website but no way to contact them. Got an update today April 16th, 2020 saying my order will be here April 17th 2020. It has been 2 weeks not 3 days. Terrible company. Scam. Shipping is not accurate, BBB need to shut them down. I have filed a complaint with BBB against this company and contacted legal assistance. If my product is not what i ordered i will be seeking further action. If i would have read the reviews before placing my order i would not have ordered from them. DO NOT OREDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

I purchased the sling for my torn rotator cuff and needed it quickly. Stability pro site says 3-5 days shipping. Purchased item on a Thursday and waited a week and tracking number never sent. I emailed customer service and received a robotic response saying matter will be addressed within 2-3 days. Tracking number then said item waiting acceptance which means it was never given to shipper but shipping label created. I then asked for a refund and no one ever responded again. What a joke.
I recently ordered two mask on the site. I have not received them to date. I only ordered two, but the website somehow automatically order two more when I was trying to close out the site. Customer service is non existent. No one answers the telephone and no one returns email messages. I am trying to get a refund now. Buyers please beware of this site, they are quick to take your money, but not quick to deliver what they say they can deliver. I do not respect anyone who likes to take advantage of other people's suffering during this pandemic. Please avoid this site at all cost. I do not like company who scam customers out of their hard earned money.
Ordered a digital thermometer on April 2. USPS tracking shows delivered to USPS facility - this is probably bogus. END OF STORY. I've written stability pro several times - no response. This kind of crook makes it difficult for honest businesses to compete with Amazon... really, after this - it will only be Amazon.
If could give this place zero stars I would! Order# ******* & ******* which was masks and thermometers has not arrived and you don't answer my emails requesting my refund! What a sorry way to do business to try to take advantage of this corona virus. If you don't have the product then DON'T ADVERTISE IT! They finally sent me the masks even after i said that I didn't want them so I'm telling you they DON'T do refunds! They grossly misrepresented the product by stating that they was N95 masks which they aren't. I'm current am in dispute with PayPal over Stability Pro for outright lying about their product! Also if you're a plus sized female or a big or tall male this overpriced mask will NOT fit you! I hope that this helps you in making an informed choice about purchasing anything from Stability Pro!
Never received the items I ordered. Do not order from this company! I don't know how a piece of s&$# company like stability pro stays in business!
I have ordered product and have never recieved. I leave voice messages, IM, and emails and get to reply. Don't get scammed
Never deal with them. if I could have given them no stars I would. ordered product and paid 2 day mail and after 16 or 18 days they said it would arrive. I requested refund after a week and 2 weeks and no response from company.
Have been trying for a month to get my order corrected. They sent the wrong items and their customer service is a joke. For almost $50 I expected much better. Never again and you should be a never was!
The people running this outfit and frauds and scoundrels. Stay away from it! Your order is likely never to arrive, as mine didn't.
