I tried to place an online order and at the end of the purchase where you put in your credit card information the site keep telling me that they could not process my card. I put my information in twice, but when I checked my account it had charged my card twice without receiving a order number. I tried to contact them with no response. The number that they have on the website is a voice mail that gives you instructions to email them or leave a message. They never respond to the voice mail and the email account is a false account and automatically sends a response of undeliverable, meaning that it cannot receive mail. With so many complaints, the site need to be removed and taken down. Who protects us from this kind of website... Ijs?

Wish I could rate StabilityPro "0" star. I paid for a Hip Brace, zero is what I received. I place my order several weeks ago and have not received it. StabilityPro has scammed me. They did not give me a way to track my purchase, so I called the number they have listed, however when I called, I did not get any communication from these thieves. They have a ghost voice mail, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK! They have a ghost chat option. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR ISSUES. Don't purchase anything from StabilityPro; sadly it's a scam.

I made an order on April 27 did not receive my tracking number until the 29 of April with usps and till this day it says that the shipping label has been made but awaiting item to be sent to the postal service from the company ever since i called no response i used there live chat no response there i paid for 3-5 day shipping Today is May 7 no package and still no response from them i emailed them for a refund and it says there mailbox is full and resend the email back to me. THE MORAL OF THE STORY FOR THIS COMPANY IS TO RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE

I'm giving them 1 star, for their skillful and cunning way of getting something for nothing. I ordered an item on May 1,2020. I did so mainly because their site claims to support our Vets. (My son served in the Air Force) In the middle of a global pandemic, I figured, I can do my part by buying something I can work out with, and still support our Vets. According to the tracking number, the item has been in Phoenix since I ordered it. (It is now May 6) They don't have a real customer service phone number. And they don't answer emails. It's all automated. Meaning... we will automatically take your money. No empathy or consideration for the consumer who is experiencing all sorts of anxieties. Add to that, giving someone permission to boldly steal your money. I ordered from them. I expected to receive the product they are peddling. It is after all, the American way. At this very pivotal moment in our history, I'm starting picture them in a little corner of their vermin infested basement, scamming unsuspecting customers... because only a f*****g rat would pull some s**t like that.
THEY SHOULD AT LEAST TAKE DOWN THE "WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS/VETS" LOGO FROM THEIR FAKE SITE!

I placed an order on April 20th and have yet to receive my order. I never received a shipping confirmation however when I view the status of that order it shows a USPS tracking number. When I click on the tracking number to check the status it keeps saying it's still in Arizona as of April 25th with no movement which I can't seem to understand. When i emailed them, they email was undeliverable due to being full. I sent a message on facebook & they stated that USPS lost the package & they would send a new one; however i received no new tracking number or anything. The company lies & gives the run around & i will continue to give then hell until i receive my item. They did not have a problem charging my credit card immediately, so where is my item. I am very pissed because i do not like dealing with companies that i do not know or cannot contact via phone & they lack of response is unprofessional. Horrible company & horrible service! I will never order from them again & i will make sure my friends & family members dont either!

I would gave them negative score if I could. I purchased a keen brace in April 17th, on 18th they send me email with a tracking code. However the code with USPS says they had created shipping label and never shipped it. I asked few times through different format for refund, they refuse to give me refund until now and insist to ship another set. I said no but they still shipped it anyway, which is not only too late for me but also a wrong item. I am fed up with their attitude and way to treat customers. Show never shopped on their site at first place. Always contact your credit card to get your item back.

Zero customer service. Can't reach them by phone and they never answered my numerous emails. I tried to immediately change my ordered back support size but they shipped (supposedly) the smaller size. The tracking says the belt has been in Phoenix (120 miles away) for the last 5 days "waiting for approval". So after over a week I don't have the belt or an answer to work things out amicably. They evidently are in business to just take your money and run. SHOULD BE PROSECUTED!
