I ordered 27 days ago and usps haven't even received the product to ship, I wrote the company 14 days ago and got no reply.

I was looking for some posture braces and compression shirts. Placed an order for one of the compression shirts and it arrived no problem. Decided to go back and order more items on another order along with a back/shoulder brace on a second order. This too came pretty quick.

When the items arrived they were too small to fit. I called the next day to request a return. (Their website says they offer returns if requested. After 4-5 days of no response I called back and left a 2nd message stating I wanted to return the products. After another week and another phone call and email stating my request, still no callback. This was all BEFORE the corona virus issue.

I finally contacted Paypal for assistance in getting a refund. I was finally contacted by Stability Pro and was told they couldn't accept a return, but if I did return it I would have to pay shipping and would receive a 35% re-stocking charge. While I did not mind paying the shipping back, I didn't feel the 35% re-stocking charge wasn't appropriate since they advertise a return for full credit.

After contacting Paypal and explaining the situation they got involved to help remedy the complaint. Several more weeks went by and just this past week Paypal finally got an authorization for me to return the items. It has been so long at this point I have thrown the items away since I could not wear them.

I am sharing this, as you may want to look for another supplier of similar products. The customer service and attitude from this company is non-existent, at least in my dealings with them. I do not recommend this company Stability Pro: which appears to be part of a company called Global Trade Network LLC as a n organization that supports their customers.

I placed an order. They sent me an email with bogus tracking info and I never recieved my products. They wont answer emails or calls. Wont return voicemails. I had to file a claim thru my bank to get my refund. If you've been ripped off, I recommend actually filing a claim thru the Federal Trade Commission instead of BBB. Hopefully this company gets shut down asap!

I ordered a waist trainer and paid for priority shipping on 5/1, I received a tracking number but that tracking number that's not moved from the same spot in Arizona for the past 10 days. I paid $32.98 to me that is a lot I don't make enough and I was just trying no spoil myself. I haven't gotten any email response for a refund on my priority shipping fee nor a respond on how long the delay will be. I just want a full refund back. In times like this everyone becomes even more selfish.

This site is a fake site please do not order from them they will take your money you will never receive your product it's all a scam they send you fake emails no one ever answers the phone I got the Better Business Bureau involved and fighting to get my money back. Please do not order from the people who take your money after ordering is call Gobal Trade Network LLC not Stability Pro the whole set up is fake. I'm goin through the process noe trying to get my money back. People be where do your homework before you order on any site I didn't check the reviews on this site now I see I should have done that before I ordered my product big scammers don't trust them when you order a product that people keep your money that's called theft by deception they are thieves these people are crazy I have to give them one star so that my review can be printed what is a scam

I ordered a light that was supposed to be able to kill germs. The light claimed that it was in the UVC range, but when I received it the instruction booklet says that it is a black light. The wave length of the light according to the booklet is wrong for sanitizing. I can't get a response to my requests for a refund. If I had trusted this item to kill germs it could have been very dangerous. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are a scam and you will not get your money back.
