I order from this company they got the money... But I have not received my order. I have called no answer... Pretty much a scam...
I ordered a sweat belt vest on the 7th of May 2020, it was said t have been sent out on the 8th. It is now the 27th of May 2020 and I have not received the product. My order is "stuck" in AZ. I have reached out on four separate occasions in order to put a stop to the order and request a refund. Not one of my requests has received a response. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received, over 10 business days have passed since I initially reached out and again, no response was offered.
I ordered and was told 3-5 business days. A month later still nothing. Emailed company and nothing. Called my bank to dispute the charges and got the "product" a week later. The trainer is nowhere near what's advertised and it's extremely small and flimsy. The cream is DEFINITELY not what they advertise. Buy the real sweat sweet cream. Their knock off brand literally BURNED my skin. I had to put burn cream and aloe on for a week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered on 05.12.2020 and got a tracking# which shows that it never shipped from AZ. It's 05.27.2020 and still nothing.
I emailed to request refund.
The only thing I have to say is it's actually not a scam or maybe I just got lucky in receiving my order I actually love the product the only thing is it took a long time I would order from here again
Do not order from this company! I placed an order and days later no order confirmation email nothing. I've emailed and called and no response. I'll be disputing through my bank. This company is a scam
This company is a joke. Ordered an item, it took a month to arrive despite their promise of 3-5 days. The item that they shipped was NOT what I ordered. I reached out via phone, email and messenger chat, but never heard back. I just initiated a dispute with my credit card company.
Ordered a knee brace. A few days later they sent an email stating that the item had shipped. Two weeks later, there was still no tracking info (because they hadn't actually shipped it). I called twice but neither call was answered and it was not possible to leave a message. I sent an email to cancel the order. A week later a package arrived but it was not the item that I had ordered. I called again - still no answer. I sent an email, which came back undeliverable. I sent 3 more emails - all of them returned undeliverable. Finally, an email went through but there has been no reply to my message telling them they sent the wrong item. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
They go by a couple names but it all amounts to the same thing, FRAUD! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND NOT SENDING THE PRODUCTS. I have attempted in every way to communicate with them but they refuse to answer. I even sent a instant message. A representative saw the message and got off I M. Do not give these frauds your money. They will take it and run.
My order shows tracking still sitting in their warehouse after 4 business days (5 days total). After e-mailing to find out the issues, I got no response. They are fraudulent criminals or at very least incompetent idiots!
My order took some time to ship; however, it arrived in perfect shape and within the anticipated time frame. There is no customer service to speak of but thankfully they were not needed! Product was new in packaging and was exactly as described on the website. Will shop again!
I have reported this place to the Better Business Bureau as well as been trying to contact them to no avail I ordered something on May 3rd and it's now May 19th and I have yet to receive it all I'm asking is 2 Evening give me my product that I paid for or refund me my money and stop telling people that it takes a certain amount of time to get there it's been well over the three to five business days is almost been a whole month come June 3rd and I've yet to receive my product so give me back my money or give me the product
So, I ordered a training belt, $32 total, two weeks and no sign of my order anywhere. I've already requested my money on return from PayPal but I just can't believe these people are in business using PayPal or doing ad campaigns in google. Anyway: if you are out there and come across this company, browse away. They are a full blown scam.
I ordered product. Paid extra for faster shipping. Still no product. Can't get anyone on the phone. They don't reply back to the live chat.
Purchased almost a month ago. Immediately took the coins off. Got a email saying the tracking starting in Arizona & nothing since. I expected a day or 2 delay, but a whole month. Im trying to workout & sweat today not NEXT YEAR!
I wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased. Everyone had the same experience as me. Purchased a waist trainer and it has been 2 weeks and all I've received is a fake tracking number. That's been sitting somewhere in Phoenix. I can not get in touch with them by any means. I am furious. It's all a scam. Don't do it!

If I could give it less then a 1 star I would. This company is a scam everyone! Save your money! They don't have a customer service whatsoever. It says a label was created almost a month ago and still nothing! Post office hasn't even received a item from the so called "company" Smh next time I know to read reviews before purchasing from any bootleg $#*! company such as theirs. Highly disappointed.
Yes I needed a waist trainer but I supported this company because of the picture they saying they supporting the army this is a total fraud. My friend like in Arizona and she said no company by this name is there its a whole fraud. I suggest calling ya bank file a complaint. In gonna fall Washington D. C FBI and report this because it has the army on it they will shut the whole site down
