I saw an add for stability pro so I decided to order a waist trainer off of it, after placing the order I read some customer reviews about how they have never received their order and that this website is a scam. My personal experience was wonderful I placed my order and within 2 weeks all my items came as advertised I am extremely satisfied with my order! Thank you so much stability pro for matching my fast pace life and meeting my customer needs

This is not a real company. I have attempted to contact them over 50 times regarding an unauthorized purchase. They got me for over $50. I am working with my VISA company to recovery some of my money. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think it is a fake store front. Please don't lose your money like I did. I am a teacher and really could have used that $50 to pay bills over the summer as Summer School has been cancelled. DISGUSTING RIP OFF!

This company is a scam i am so mad o didn't read reviews first. Customer service is literally none existent and i cant believe ppl can do this the products are not at all what you order and they r of lowest quality possible and the tag has writing on it like someone just sewed it n bc the size is not close to accurate

I order a "waist trainer" and it came 2 days ago. They put an offer to get another one when I was doing the order and when I select no thanks automatically they charge me for the second one that I didn't want. I've been trying multiple times to reach them by phone and email even on messenger but there's no response at all. This is bull$#*! I regret that I made the order for a product that is not good quality, the quality is sooo trashy please believe when I'm telling you this DONT BUY HERE DONT DO IT PLEASE! Stay away from this site! I lost $50 with them and I will never gonna get a refund. Doesn't deserve any star

This company is the worst. They play you you with free item at checkout for 40% off. Cool but it showed ad a small and I wanted the medium. Add the medium to cart. The bill is automatically submitted without a final review. Go look and it has my original item the size small I didn't want and the medium. Great immediately message they are totally unable to edit the just completed order they say. So I'm crazy annoyed. I ordered black. Order arrives what do I get pink. I message on Saturday. Monday aroind 1 pm and still no response about the order fails. I hate pink. Save yourself a headache and avoid these people. Your satisfaction is of no impprtance to them.

My order came late. I was totally dissatisfied with the product. I wrote to the company to get a promised refund and they said they would get back to me in 24 hours. There was no response. One week later I tried again, there was no response. I finally wrote a letter and mailed it to them... no response. The next twelve times I tried to email them, the mail was returned "undeliverable"! The website says you have up to 30 days to make a return. Is that their strategy? Wait to answer me 30 days later? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Marsha H.

I placed an order for face mask with them to not only having to wait 3 weeks after the email confirmation said 3-5 days for delivery from Arizona to NY but then the masks were unusable as they smelled like a refinery and no matter how long I've left it to air out it's still unusable. The customer service is non existent I emails, called and even sent a message via FB to which I received no response at all. If I could I'd give 0 stars.

I ordered 2x compression leg sleeves for my mom on April 8th the item didn't show up until may 4th and these greedy people only sent me 1 sleeve and thr package said 2x these I requested a refund for the 1 that never showed up but these bastards want me to send them back the 1 sleeve after I literally payed for 2 terrible customer service I recommended new management you people are wrong
