I ordered two and when the package came only one was inside the package. Now I can't return it for a refund because I only got one. Customer service is almost non existant. Phone calls are not accepted after several emails I finally got an answer. The and was you received your order as placed. Send another email saying yes I did receive the order but only got one not two. Of course no answer. So if your thinking of buying something from STABILITYPRO do it at your own risk.

I brought two of there products waited almost three weeks to receive them. When I did receive The order. It did not fit it was like two to three sizes to small as soon as I took it out of the package I know they was too small. I am a plus size women and it was like a XL instead of a XXL. I sent a email on how to return and get a refund this was twice in May 2020 I sent emails I out a response in June 2020 a month later. They told me I could not get a refund because the product was on sale and they do not do refund only a exchange or a credit. Why would I want a exchange or credit when there sizes run super small and to return or get custom service from them is a issue. Money wasted buyer beware of this company's customer service and if your a plus size women do not buy from them they run two to three sizes too small and you won't get your money back.

I had order on April 23 and didn't receive item. Tried to call the company they didn't answer I sent emails after emails and Facebook messenger after Facebook messenging It took them 1 1/2 months to finally Facebook messenger me back to tell me their are no refund when I didn't receive anything. I told them I was going through PayPal To have them help me refund my money so then they sent me merchandise after 2 months so they didn't have to refund my money even through I bought my merchandise somewhere else. I will say this if u buy from them u will lose your money and the merchandise wasn't what I order to and they didn't got away with scamming me. THEY REALLY ARE SCAMMERS. It's sad for a company to do that to people Never again with this company. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A 1 STAR

I ordered 2 items on o5/24/2020 and my account was dibited but no update on the order for past 2 weeks.
I called but no response and was asked to sent an email with details on the order by the automated voice.
I did sent the email and the details but never heard from them till. I've sent two other emails but no response.
They never respond to my emails but keeps sending adverts.

I ordered their Sciatic Hip Brace looking to try something new. Upon receiving it, I discovered that it could not be worn on a right hip. There was no place to order Left or Right when I placed the order, so I contacted Stabilitypro and customer service informed me that their price was supposedly a "sale" price which means that they cannot give me a refund. I explained that I had not changed my mind, but rather that the product that they sent to me was not what they were advertising. I asked if they had one that I could wear on my right hip - they said this one. Ha ha ha, NOPE. They said I could return it in new condition/packaging to qualify for an exchange - but of course, I had to open the plastic bag that it came in to discover that it would not work. They offered me a 50% credit that I could use towards other products, but would not tell me if they had anything that could be worn on a right hip. The product itself looks extremely cheap and I have very high doubts that it would do anything even if I could try it out. I would advise to skip over this company and find someone legitimate. So I fell for the selling tactics of the StabilityPro, I placed an order of not 1 but 2 waist trainers. I received them in decent time very pleased with that. Now the quality it is the cheapest trainer I have EVER purchased. There is nothing to it no support not nothing. I looked at the return policy and it says 2 different things in 1 place it says no returns, then it says returns on regular priced items. Walmart has better quality items.
