Placed an order for a xmas present on Dec 11th. Heard nothing from them. I finally contacted customer service on the 26th. My order was still not processed or shipped. Finally on Dec 31st I received an email from customer service telling me that the two things I ordered were no longer in stock and that my cc was going to be refunded.
A total waste of time. There are many decent sites out there. I would avoid SSENSE and will never buy from them again.
I have placed an order in October for a birthday gift. My payment was taken but the Purse NEVER arrived. After weeks of calls and emails, they kept telling me they were investigating but 2 months later told me they have delivered the purse and I can go to the police. No document or proof sent to me in regards to receipt of the order.
Now I should have checked the reviews on consumers sites as I now see I am not alone in this situation. At the very least not reliable I thought with lousy customer service. Reading other people I am convinced there is a SCAM here. We have to have some recourses for this type of practice. Never seen this online as I thought it was a reputable site.

Ordered on 20th Dec, and it's 30th Dec now and my items are still not shipped. I emailed them and the bot replied shipping will take around 5 days and it has been 7 days already (excluding all the holidays). I was trying to talk to a real person and no one replied. Cant believe Ssense do this to their customers. I also see this happened to other customers too. I hope someone will take legal action to them. This is a SCAM.
Awful customer service.
Ordered some Aesop gift sets during their Black Friday sale. Placed the order on November 28,2022 - I received an email stating they had an overwhelming amount of orders come in during their sale which would inevitably cause some delays. Okay, fine.
One to two weeks later, no updates from them. Checked the status of my order through their website and it still said "preparing shipment." Sent an email to their "Customer Care" and received an automated (useless) chatbot response. Responded to their auto email in hopes that a CS Rep would respond... nope. Instead, I receive an email that says the server timed out or some bull$#*! like that.
The week of Christmas (three weeks past the order date and no updates on the website and I received no email from SSENSE)... I sent an email to cancel my order. No response. Started a new email to cancel my order, again, and FINALLY got a response.
Not sure if they responded because I raised this issue with my credit card company - no way in hell I'm going to let this scam of a company take my money.
If you've been kept in waiting - DISPUTE this transaction with your credit card company.

SSense is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Over two weeks processing time, just for them to cancel my order, claiming it's out of stock. They accepted my payment immediately. And in return held my money ransom for two weeks. Thousands of other shoppers share my experience. The holiday rush is far too much for ssense.

When I browsed their website I noticed a huge range of products that interested me but I'd never used their site before so I only bought a pair of shoes for my first order just to test the waters. Although I made my order during peak Christmas rush I got it delivered to Melbourne Australia from Quebec in relatively good time. Now that I know theyre good to deal with I'll be using them to order the rest of the stuff I want.
The keep saying their system is backed up, Plus, they have stopped responding to my queries. Which have been four within 24 days. Their site notes a 2 business day shipping turnaround. Concerned.
Not sure what's happened to this company, they used to be great but things have changed drastically in the last few months. Placed an order Dec 13. Order contained Christmas gifts. It's 2 days AFTER Christmas and my order hasn't even shipped yet. Multiple emails to customer service have been completely fruitless. Each time a different customer service clerk answers your email with a pre-set, standardized respond that bares no relevant information and no projected ship date. And none of these agents actually work for Ssense, it's obviously an outsourced service that barely understands what Ssense actually is. This is the 3rd time in the last few months that orders take forever to ship, on one occasion my order actually was cancelled by Ssense two weeks after I placed it. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating!
After paying extra for priority shipping, I waited an entire month for another update. I had emailed about my order and about a week later they finally responded. They gave me 10% off my next purchase and said they are too busy to get orders out on time. I got an email a few days later saying my items were cancelled to "speed up the order process". Wtf does that even mean! Don't buy from this place, save your money and time- just go somewhere else.
Order back in December 10 and never received my gift before Christmas status still preparing for shipping
I ordered a pair of glasses on Dec 2nd. As of Dec 25th they have not arrived. They said there were problems because of the sale. They turned off their phone lines. Their website says they are reachable via messenger and or chat. In both instances they responded over 24 hours later. They provided confusing information. It appeared they did not know what was going on. They offered to make it right by giving me a 10% discount. What good is that to me? Ill never buy from them again.
I ordered something on December 13th for a Christmas gift. I never got a shipping confirmation. The shipping delays are not shown on the website. I discovered on their Instagram that processing the orders for them would be longer. My friend ordered a sweatshirt 2 days before me and already got it a week ago. When checking the comments on Instagram, I read that people have been waiting for weeks, even months for their packages. I tried calling, it says there is a waiting time of 2 hours. I sent emails and only bots would answer me. They took the money out of my account but I never got any news. Worst costumer service and worse company. Never buying from them again.

After placing an order and having my card billed, no tracking/delivery information ever came. Impossible to reach a human at the company—just the stupid chat box. There's no physical store; no phone number; and some of the email addresses don't work. When I tried to cancel the order, I received no confirmation email that it had been done. And of course it hadn't been done. I finally filed a complaint with the credit card company and they got my refund that way.

A company with a terrible customer service, there's no customer service phone number, they don't answer your emails, and your order will not be guaranteed to reach. So there's lot of another options online. Don't waist your time and money with them,at the end you'll be happy that you disputed the charges.
I've placed my order half month ago and it still hasn't shipped. The website is giving customers false info on expected shipping days. AND they charge your credit card before the item is shipped! This company is a total joke.
This used to be my go-to site for designer clothes. I spend anywhere from $10-20k a year on their site, and have for the past 6-7 years. Their customer service was always immediately reachable, shipping fast, returns easy.
Fast forward to Spring 2022 to present. There is now NO customer service at all. They've done away with a telephone number to contact them, as well as live chat. If you email, it takes 2 weeks to get a reply. Shipping now takes FOUR WEEKS at minimum. I placed an order 32 days ago and it has still not shipped. What happened to this site? Shame.

I placed an order 20 days ago thinking I had plenty of time to receive for Christmas. Bit no - still not shipped! No one to contact, emails returned unsent. Just generic, unhelpful bot responses. I used to love ordering from SSENSE but will never again. Beware!
I placed an order over a week ago and there has been no communication as to when my order will be shipped. Their policy says they usually ship within two days. That is an absolute lie. Oh may I add that I was supposed to be receiving express shipping. I called and emailed them several times. My emails were ignored. I requested and refund and I did not get a response to that either. I am calling my card company to file a claim because this is a scam. Horrible customer service! I will NEVER order from them again. I need my money back. If I could have give a negative 100 stars I would have.
