Item was not available, refund never received

An ordered item was missing from my delivery. I've been emailing customer service for months with no success.
An investigation was never initiated. Customer service promised a refund. Unfortunately this never happened. Due to the constantly changing customer service, I had to start over and over again with my request. 445 € are simply gone.

My order was delay for almost 2 weeks. I called the customer service line as they were very knowledgeable, supportive by providing me the reasons and advised when I should be getting an email that my item being shipped. They also offered 10% discount for inconvenience. Thank you!

This company ships out of canada their items get tied up in us customs. You will receive a duty charge that will end up costing you more than you could buy the item for in the states. They charge you the state sales tax then the import tax is on you when you receive the item.

I purchased a simple bag from SSENSE prior to Christmas 2022 on sale for a reasonable price. SSENSE proceeded to charge a bloated shipping fee and duty amount which I did not complain about. The autofill whilst placing my order had put my address in a different state. 1 day after my purchase on review I placed the order to hold and to send to an alternate address. No response for 1 month and 1 week, despite follow ups. Their customer service option does not promptly reply and the phone line only reroutes to self service which HELPS NO ONE!. The bot system is rubbish and there is no response.
After waiting a month and a half, I check the status of my claim and find out they had cancelled the order. And returned the item to the original price. I genuinely was interested in the bag and they have atrocious customer service, handling, processing and skeleton staff management during holiday periods. I understand shipping utilities are closed during Christmas and New Years. This is my first and last purchase with SSENSE they are atrocious and try to drag you in with their drastically reduced prices just to waste your time, like a stupid dodgy eBay seller. You are better off purchasing off different sites!.

The product I ordered came opened and a fourth spilled in shipping. I emailed this with my order number as prompted. I got an email back saying they were glad I had received my order. Whoever answered obviously had not read my email. I attached pictures to the next email and they asked for the order number I had previously sent. Still not resolved. Horrible customer service.

SSense is a joke

Ordered on December 14th in plenty of time for Christmas. An extremely small bag for 394.00 for my daughter. Received order confirmation. But then NOTHING. Nothing saying we can't ship. We are behind. Sorry for delay. No tracking. NOTHING. When I reach out they give canned replies. Order FINALLY showed up After the new year. They still have nothing to say except - basically- sorry it is late but glad it arrived. WHAT? What a joke! What a scam. I NEVER leave bad reviews, but this is too much. Oh, when I did get tracking after many complaints it was a false shipping number. And when I questioned it they said nothing. I cannot believe how they lie and do not care after taking $$$ from people. Disappointed and will never order again and I will spread the word!

They literally cancelled my order one month after i ordered it. I ordered earrings on december 14th and waited a month for them to arrive. Within this month i sent various emails questioning the shipping status, as i had ordered my package with express shipping, to which they gave useless advice. At the end of this month, they cancelled my order saying it was sold out, when really, on the website, it says it is still in stock.

I am telling you guys do not order from here. The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my shipment on December 13 for a Christmas gift, and it is January 6, and still NOTHING. I keep calling them and they tell me my shipment is processing and they have no idea why it is taking so long, i keep giving them a chance bc i really like what i purchased and would love to actually get it, but now when i go to cancel my order i can't now cuz its being prepared and the shipment is "locked" this website is bull$#*!. Do not order from here.

Outrageous US Customs Charge

I live in the US, I've order clothing from Europe many many times (including Ssence) and no US Customs charge ever. My last order from Ssence…$533 charge from Customs! I can not get a response from anyone at Ssence, obviously they shipped incorrectly. The clothing doesn't fit so now I have incurred more cost to return! Can't find anyone to speak with/ return an email/ nothing! I will never order from them again.

Where is my order?

I placed an online order on 12.26.22 and its now 1.5.23 and my order hasnt shipped. Do they make each item to order? For a site that sells luxury items the service is extremely poor. I also tried calling them but it says the lines are closed on a Thursday at 1PM EST. I'm very disappointed!

I purchased an Essentials Fear of God crew neck. After the first cold water wash (no dryer) the lettering fell off. I contacted customer service, it took a week to get a human. Since the the tags were off the sweater (who keeps tags on when you wear and wash something?) and the sweater was washed, they will not give a refund or replacement. They offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase. I will not purchase here again, I'm out $130 for the sweater which was a xmas gift for my son. Horrible company, horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE! Wish I could have given zero stars. So disappointed in this company.

This site used to be great they fell off bad smh ordered a coat 3weeks ago still didn't receive it just a tracking number created and just sitting there we all need to do a worldwide lawsuit on them I don't like how the company is being ran can't even speak to someone to inquire about your order because they closed they phone lines

I ordered 2p set on 20 December!only 3 January I got email that one item is missing and other been shipped and will arrive 9 January. But I don't need one item from the set! I didn't get refund for second item yet, and by the 9 January I'll be away of country, so I asked them to cancel order or change delivery adress but they can't! What's that to wait from 20 December to 9 January and get only one from two things?
