Thank you for responding quickly to my email. SSENSE had my snowboard shipped out from Canada to my doorstep in the United States. Great communication with the shipping. I would definitely recommend SSENSE and would order something again

I recently bought an item and it literally took this company 3 weeks to ship it! Despite of paying for EXPEDITE shipping which is normally 2-3 days guarantee delivery. Also they sent me a DAMAGED item! From what i've seen on other's people reviews, apparently this company sells used or damaged items! Avoid buying from here..

Fraud company

I shipped and returned an item that was $1500 and they claimed they never received it. Even though Canada post tracking showed delivered and signature was available from receiving end. The company even sent a confirmation email stating my return was confirmed and that it would taken 5 business days. I never received my money back

They have the worst customer service - they sold me broken wine glasses, gave me the run around for a month, and will not refund me. I have been such a good customer of this company. They also sold me damaged boots and as a "compromise" charged me a restocking fee. Be VERY careful when purchasing items from this company - they have gone totally down hill. Used to be an elegant store - now it's just like a warehousing mamoth that sells damaged goods and treats its customers like crap. I NEVER spend the time to write reviews but I am absolutely outraged.

I'm a repeat customer but something awful has happened to SSENSE!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. The drop down size list showed the EU size and US conversion, I selected my size as EU40 (US10). When they arrived they are both EU42. They have incorrectly converted and refused to acknowledge that had received incorrect sizes! Customer service outright lies. I had to file for a return through Paypal, and they put up a fight there too. Paypal luckily enforced a refund.

Avoid!

Stay away

I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered. Company created a UPS label a week ago, but never gave the package to UPS. I've asked to cancel, refund, or ship. They keep telling me rest assured we'll get back to you within 2 days, you never hear back. Based on other reviews I don't think I'll get my item and I've likely been scammed by this crap company. Buy elsewhere!

Bad customer service and nasty workers

I need my money I'm so disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism, i pay my hard earning money for my jeans just for y'all to send it to me with feces on it and not refunding me my money because I throw it in the garbage, like what do y'all wanted me to do, keep people feces in my house? I NEED MY MONEY, ITS NOT MY FAULT YALL HAVE NASTY UNSANITARY PEOPLE WORKING IN YALL COMPANY. THEY BLOCKED ME ON THEIR SOCIALS BECAUSE I KEEP ASKING FOR THE REFUND THAT I DESERVED OR A REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM

I received a pair of Golden Goose sneakers with a big "X" written in blue pen on the toe of the sneaker. I reached out to customer service for help and to rectify the situation. They advise me to send pictures and details regarding the sneakers and issue. I did ask they asked and never heard from them again. I followed up an insane amount of times with no response from their end. They are a sham and should be shut down immediately.

They send you tracking number for item they will NEVER ship! You have to follow up with them with check back 24hrs or else they will take your money and never get any update but a confirmation email of your tracking number UPS NEVER RECEIVED the item! They will first tell you to call UPS and UPS will tell you to call the store coz they NEVER received the Item in the first place to ship. Avoid they will scam you in silence and take your money if you don't follow Up!

BUYER BEWARE! What a NIGHTMARE it is dealing with this company. I will never order anything online from them again. I had ordered a pair of jeans for my husband, they werent quite right on him so I asked for a return label and instructions. NO ANSWER. This went on and on and on, I even contacted PayPal to make an inquiry. I FINALLY received an email from Ssense apologizing profusely and promised they would be sending another email with the Return Label and return instructions. NOPE! Never came. It has been over a week since that email. I emailed several times. No response. Im DONE with this company.

They owe me ~$700

I bought a Lemaire bag and when a promo code came out a couple of days later I asked for a price adjustment but they told me they couldn't and to return the bag and reorder. I did that but the 2nd bag had issues with the zipper pull. I asked for a replacement bag or a replacement of the zipper pull. They said they couldn't do that since the promo code had expired and they can't honour the same price and I could just return it. I did that but they seemed to have lost my bag in the mail. It's been 2-3 months of 30+ email exchanges. I also talked to someone on the phone and someone else over live chat and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Update: They finally gave me a refund so I have changed the review from 1 to 4 stars.

Update: Apparently even after all those emails they didn't understand I ordered the bag twice and they said that refund they gave me had already been processed before (turns out it was for the first time I bought the bag). They are so incompetent it's actually crazy. Back to 1 star.

I ordered a pair of New Balance (grey 327) worth $100+ and I was sent NB (red/white 574) worth $85. Number 1, they didn't send a packing slip or return label so, I reached out to them because I shouldn't have to pay for the return of an item that I didn't order that is worth LESS than what I paid. Number 2, with zero apologies for the inconvenience I was asked to provide photos/videos as proof and answer questions:

Provide clear photos and/or video of:
The item
The SSENSE tag featuring the item number
[Footwear only]: insole, outsole, and side of the shoe.

So I finally got my homework assignment done and will hopefully be sent a return label so I can return these wrong ugly shoes and get my $100+ back. I'm sure they will send something via email so again I'll be inconvenienced and have to go find a printer or pay to have it printed which is completely unacceptable but at this point I just want to be done with this company. Worst shopping experience ever AND with so many amazing sites with incredible customer service such as MyTheresa and ShopBop there is no need for me to ever EVER spend my money with SSENCE again. I think a literal monkey could have done a better job packing/shipping my purchase and handling the customer service. Horrid.

Which by the way I ended up buying another pair of the shoes I wanted from Shopbop, received the correct shoes in 2 days! Plus free shipping and returns. Thanks Shopbop for the great service!

I ordered a Jimmy Choo tote from SSense as I had heard good things about this online company. The Tote arrived with a big dent on the front of the bag and from there began the long and hellish journey of trying to return it. Their listed phone numbers immediately disconnected any time I tried reaching an agent through that method. I sent repeated emails to their customer care email address that included pics of damaged item as well as emails that did not include any attachment. All came back as undeliverable. I used their chat function to try and resolve this issue. The first person I connected with took FOREVER to respond in the chat. The 2nd person was more helpful but the chat kept disconnecting so that made it a long and challenging process. This was a trash experience! Particularly given the fact that this 1000$ item arrived damaged...will NEVER use them again

It took 8 business days only for "Processing order". After 8 business days, I was notified that 2 of the 3 items were out of stock (although I see them in stock on website), and they just sent me 1 item without asking me if I still want. I waited 10 business days to get just one item. And, the item that I got was A.P.C. Zip up hoodie, and some stitches came off already. If you can wait 2 weeks with such a high level of uncertainty, go for it. They are cheap.

I had lots of doubts before ordering a speaker from them due to the bad reviews that they got recently.
Once after ordering the product i followed up with them everyday with the same query about my order status. Everytime they replied politely.Finally my order got shipped internationally and reached my country from canada to one of the asian country almost on estimated delivery time.
SSENSE is authentic and Not fake.
Not every customer who have received their products will post as good positive feedback like i do.
But every customer who faced issue will post a negative feedback.
So once you read a feedback please keep in mind only you are going through only feedbacks of people who have faced issues.
Not everyone will write a positive feedback like i do.

Worst customer service EVER!

After paying a flat €22 for shipping cost which is a total rip-off, SSENSE managed to send my item in the wrong size! I contacted an agent and they told me I should wait for 3 days. 3 days later, two hours of waiting just to interact with an agent who takes 30mins to respond and as he was about to complete the refund, he left the chat without saying a word! I have tried live chat again and I was transferred to no new customer agent.

THIS IS A WARNING: Stay away from this website!

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE
January 23, 2023

This company is running a complete scam. Placed an order with Express shipping & never shipped. Their customer service lines are down, do not respond to emails and use bots with generic messages promising 24/7 service that is nonexistent. After weeks I finally had to file complaint with credit card and boy did they respond then! Please carefully review their *******@ssense where thousands of very angry customers have posted. The company has time to post & delete comments but not to fulfill orders or answer emails/phone lines. Beware!

Missing Order

I purchased a bikini on 1/10. I have had phenomenal experiences with this company in the past, and I expected this to be no different. I received the package on the 13th (super fast shipping), and when I opened the package, only half of the swimsuit was there. I immediately emailed and called and they said they would get back to me. On the 13th. Fast forward to the 20th and there is still no resolution of the matter. I called again, and they expressed that they would not be able to send me the MISSING part of my bikini that I ordered. I have to return the TOP HALF of my bikini to get a refund on the item. They wouldn't even send a replacement in the meantime, even though I had indicated that the purchase was time sensitive for a beach trip next week. Will not be purchasing again or recommending this store.
