Nothing good to say at all. I placed an order for a very expensive pair of sandals for my wife for an up coming trip. The order was placed more than 3 weeks before our departure and the sandals were in stock at that time. 15 days after placing the order and absolutely no communication from Ssense I go online and chat with a customer service representative who told me that I would receive an email the next day with the tracking information. Of course the next day their is no email so I get back on a chat and then am informed that the item is not in stock any longer, of course not now 16 days after the order was placed. I called customer service and after 18 minutes on hold…get cut off. I call back and 20 minutes later wasted more time trying to educate the uneducable about customer service. Needless to say. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING AT SSENSE
I purchased a pair of sneakers. Received an email that it was delivered. Two weeks later and I still don't see a package! I emailed them requesting an update or explanation and was told I had to wait 4 weeks for an investigation. It was very suspicious so I called and notified my bank. Ssense replied that they recommended against me making my bank aware. Does this sound right to you, NO it doesn't. I got my money back from my bank and still no shoes! Too good to be true.
This is a horrible complany to shop with! I've literally had the worst experience Ever! This company is running a scam! Ive made my first ever purchase with SSENCE and never received my order. Every time Ive contacted customer support about my order, there was a different excuse. Please stay away from this company it's a scam!
Unfortunately, as a long term SSENSE customer, I have found their customer service to be consistently and significantly of substandard quality. Moreover, the only available communication method with SSENSE's customer service staff is via email or a chat option. Additionally, the representatives appear to lack necessary knowledge and skills specific to consumer law and rights, and thus, are unable to appropriately address and resolve problematic customer transactions pursuant to SSENSE's "breach of advertised processing and shipment policies". Shame on SSENSE for their their non-compliance with their merchant designated policies and ongoing failure to ensure consumers are recipients of quality and lawful customer service!
I had an utterly unacceptable return experience with SSENSE that left me feeling frustrated and mistreated. After purchasing an item from them and returning it in pristine condition, I was shocked when SSENSE falsely accused me of damaging the item and refused my return. I had even provided photographic evidence proving its impeccable condition at the time of return. To make matters worse, SSENSE's customer service failed to address my concerns and provide a fair resolution. I have escalated the issue to my credit card company, and I strongly caution others to reconsider shopping with SSENSE due to their false accusations and lackluster customer service.
SSense has very questionable business practices. I have made one purchase with them, and will never again.
I purchased an item and received a confirmation that my purchase had been processed. Despite their 1-2 business day processing claim, I never received confirmation of shipment, nor did I receive the item.
I tried to call – but couldn't get through on the phone (which should've been my first clue). I emailed and was assured, twice, via email, that my order had been received, processed, and would be shipped shortly.
Still nothing.
Nearly a month later, I receive an email that says, "when we went to process your order, we realized that the item was out of stock."
Moral of the story is, there are plenty of reputable retailers out there. Take your business elsewhere. I had never heard of SSense, but was connected to their site via ShopItToMe.
Do better, ShopItToMe. Do better for your customers. Vet your retailers to prevent scams like this.
I made an order recently and I never had the worst experience ever. The customer service is terrible.
I bought a Jacquemus bucket hat and received it defective. I sent pictures of the product and simply wanted to get a new one as soon as possible. Of course I had to ship it back which I did the day after (very rapidly). The customer service did not even pay attention to what I wanted and they said I had to make another order when I would have my refund. I called and talked to an employee who agreed to give me a refund as soon as I would send a proof I shipped it back. I did but the employees who amswered my emails were never the same and they never read the emails their colleagues sent me previously, so each promise they did to me was not respected. I was offered a 10% discount which was rediculous since I purchased it with 15% discount. Now the discount is expiring in two days so I told them I expected to get my discount even if it is expired since it is not my fault and they told me I had to purchase it in the next three days, send proof of my order and THEN give my an adjustment. That makes no sense because I won't order more until I get my first refund and I don't trust anything customer service says since every employee says something different and they don't respect the promise of their colleagues.
I really don't recommand. I trusted it to be a good site for quality products but received a joke and now I have to spend so much time sending emails to explain and re explain my situation to make it fair to me.

I purchased over $1000 shoes and I refused the package2months ago. They are from CANADA and I had to pay over $200 tax. They said still haven't got package. So if get lost I need my refund.
If you are in the US do not purchase from this company. If the item is more than 800 bucks you will be hit with a 37 % rate which they will not tell you. I paid an extra 600 dollars to retrieve my item.
1. I placed this order about 3-4 weeks ago, my bf and I are long distance and his birthday is coming up so this was a gift to him, so my billing address and shipping address are different, the first time I put the same billing address they reached out to me to verify the actual addresses. I did everything, and still no response or changes.
2. I gave them a call, and they told me to contact my bank. We then cancelled the order, to place a new one with right addresses. They did the SAME thing, charged my card again for a verification process. And still have yet to ship the order even though express shipping was purchased and they specify in every email and on their app that "shipping is 1-3 days" it's been 4 weeks… another agent reached out and said a completely different thing, "you can't ship it to a different address that's not the same as your billing address" they're not on board, a waste of time and money & highly don't recommend.
I ordered a purse from SSENSE was suppose to be delivered in 2 days the tracking number kept saying delayed everyday no change a week goes by I reach out to customer service. No response. I chat with someone they aren't helpful at all they just tell me what the tracking number reflects which is what I see on my end. I call their customer service 4 times each person tells me something different. I go to 2 different USPS locations bc they told me my package is there. My package was not at either locations. Its been 2 weeks now and they don't know where my package is they can't resend another one nor give me a refund. Beware of delivery issues when using SSENSE
I recently purchased a set of Maison Margiela rings from this company and they arrived several sizes too big — I was also generally unhappy with the quality. I returned the package asap and requested a refund for the product. The company denied my refund and reshipped to product to me despite multiple requests not to. They stated that I was ineligible for a refund because I opened the product. After a long chain of back and forth, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I also returned the product to sender.
I have purchased from SSENSE a few times over the course of about 6 years. Until now, I never had issues with returns or deliveries. I ordered a pair of Rick Owens Kiss Boots that did not fit in my typical size of 43 so I returned and bought another pair as they do not offer exchanges. (Which alone is a pretty weak point for retailers in 2023) The second pair was shipped on 2/23 and passed customs on 2/25. My returned pair arrived back on 3/2 and I was refunded.
Well, it is now 3/20 and the boots have stayed in the same status since 2/25. The next month I've been dealing with multiple chat agents telling me the same quick text about Customs Border Patrol holding the package. It clearly states the package left customs at 8:12 AM on 2/25 yet every agent says the same bogus story. Also, when I would push an agent to do something, they would say they did something they never did, such as having a claim being opened after the 2nd week mark.
The third week, I contacted them again and spoke to a supervisor named Kathy after the agent said the same quick text about CBP. I was then informed by the supervisor that a claim was never opened, and proceeded to give me the quick text about CBP that I've been given 10 times before. At this point I was livid with the service and after they refused me a refund, I informed I will be opening a chargeback. I was sent an email after the awful interaction saying they need to wait until 3/25 to open a claim. Like I'm going to pay off my card only to be refunded and have a credit balance I do not want on my card? These people are an absolute joke and so robotic with their responses.
As I used Klarna, I opened a dispute and also disputed the first payment on my credit card, which is where I'm at now. Still not resolved, still no pair of boots, still no update from 2/25 and if SSENSE listened to me the first time and gotten a claim going after 2 weeks, this probably would have been resolved by now. Nothing but a waste of my time and aggravation. Do not bother with this store.

Well when i read all the reviews i was discouraged but i said let me give ssense a chance. Well i did and i can say i'm very happy with my purchase. No complaint from me. The shoe came in 3 days and the product was perfect. Well done
