Terrible, terrible website. Awful, almost non-existent customer service, totally inept representatives. Phone lines disconnected. Placed an order on NOvember 30,2022, it was on "hold" for two weeks then they told me the item was sold out. Placed another order, they shipped it without paying duty charges passing over charges on me. I refused to pay, and the package is seemingly lost on its way back to Canada. Then placed a third order, three weeks later is was not even dispatched. This place is a joke, even Bloomingdales works like a clock these days.

I have been trying to communicated with SSENSE since Friday. 4 days now. Customer service phone lines are down. Not available. When you e mail customer service you get a response that they will get back to you in 2-4 days, and then you get some nonsense, nothing to do with the original request, totally unrelated to the question your wrote.
PROBLEM:
I want to return an item. I filled out the return info online, but never return by e mail a return shipping label. I have been asking for 4 days now. What i got is some robot telling me that the item was delivered and what i should do if i did not get it...this was never an issue! What is going on?
Ssense, wake up and get some humans to handle complaints! If i miss the return deadline, i will file a complaint with the credit card company to get a refund. Once you send me the return label you will get the jacket. It is outrageous, that it is impossible to speak to anyone! They simply shut down the toll free 877 number. The local number is constantly busy. Why did i not get the usual return shipping label by e mail?
The shipping time is now 10 days! Is this a joke? All other shores like Mytheresa, matchfashion, Net a porter etc are shipping next day! There is no explanation for this horrible service or lack of service.
Get your act together finally. Enough of excuses!

Ordered a jacket and a shirt, paid $40 for shipping because I really wanna that jacket. After 3 weeks, Ssense told me the jacket got cancelled because it was out of order! I ended up paying $40 shipping fee for a $80 shirt. Asked customer service to double check the shipping fee since the jacket was gone, never got replied or at least not within a week. The shipping is slower than what I paid for, took 2 weeks while other website only took 1. Will never shop with them again!
I would give this site a zero if I could. I bought a coat on Black Friday. Received a note the next day it had shipped. No tracking number. After over two weeks, still no item and have placed multiple phone calls and email to company and no response! Now all of a sudden all their phone lines are closed for several days.I needed the item for a bday gift for dec 10. Date has passed. I will never shop here an again complete scam. Buyer beware!'
Placed two orders during their Black Friday sale. One went into the interweb somewhere, so I'm short already for Xmas gifts. Received an email 5 days later on the second order that they are swamped. Understandable. I have replied and asked where my order is - Christmas is 2 weeks away. Nothing. I have no idea if I'm going to get my gifts. It's going to be a bare tree of not.
I ordered a purse over two weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. They billed my credit card day one. The website stated orders shipped in 1-2 days. False. Their customer service is non existent. Impossible to get a real person. Emails with generic answers but no acknowledgment. I asked to cancel my order and no reply. Stay away
Good luck getting your order. Out of 5 orders I placed with Ssense since July 2022 only one was processed on time. The rest took 6 to 12 days to get shipped. Their policy has never been updated (3 day processing time is absolutely misleading) and the only information ever available is generic responses from the customer service team or chat bot. I have been a customer since 2017 but considering not returning, as clearly Ssense does not value its customers.
Here's the deal. SSENSE is trash, shop somewhere else. You are being fooled ALL OF YOU. Being fooled thinking this company runs AS NICE as the site looks. IT DOESN'T. Sure the site is clean looking...the presentation is great. But once you place an order, these goofy mfers will f with your order like nobodies business. You order IN STOCK items, wait a week, then have your ordered cancelled of out of stock. You'll order and wait a month for order to ship. These are my 2 only experiences with this company. I don't have patience for bs. So many online retailers with the same brands. I shop at Saks, I shop Bloomingdales, etc. If I wanted to spend money to be mistreated, I'd call my local Dominatrix.

0 STARS! THIS COMPANY WAS COMPLICIT IN A FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY! My card was stolen and the culprit made a purchase on their online store, I called them few hours later to tell them about the fact and after I gave them all the information needed they told me they needed time to find the order, I called them the day after and I received the same response, today I received a message from them saying that the order has now been shipped and they couldn't do anything about it, and that I should ask the money back to my bank. I informed them that there had been a purchase made by a thief and they completely ignored me. They don't care how they make their money, even if they help a thief get away with it.
I ordered 2 items from SSENSE that were in stock. It's sat in the processing stage for 14 days and still no update on shipping. Contacted customer care several times for an update and all I get are generic responses about the order is still processing and they are busier than usual. This has been the worst online order I have ever placed. Customer service giving generic responses sounding like robots does not give any sense reassurance of them trying to get your order out in a timely manner. 0 stars if that was an option.

I ordered a set of issey miyake suit and ssense wants me to verify my order. They charged me a small amount and want me to email to them about the exact amount so my purchase can be verified. After one day they ask me about a six digit code with that small amount. I provided all the info they needed correctly, yet they cannot verify my purchase in the end. So they cancelled my order. What a waste of time!

Placed an order with them. Delivery time got delayed by over a week even though they advertised two day shipping. I told them I would be out of country so please cancel my order. Instead they shipped it after that conversation. Lo and behold, when I got back there was no package for me. Reached out to their customer service, which was beyond terrible. They had no notes to the file from our previous conversation, and each new rep would need to be explained the situation all over again. They claimed to escalate my request for refund, but of course denied it via email.
The products was exactly what I was expecting and it arrived much earlier than was told. Very satisfied.
SSENCE lost my order that I paid to have priority expressed to my home, my order contained two items. I was in contact with them over a course of a week, their costumer care was communicating to me I would be receiving confirmation emails with updated tracking(this took 4 days) When my order finally arrived and when I opened the back pack the quality did not look the same as it did online, also the ITEM WAS DAMAGED. I contacted SSENSE to see if i could have a refund on the damaged bag. They only offered me a refund of 80 dollars on the item when the item retailed for 210.00. The zippers on the bag where all split and there was a ton of fraying on the cheap straps.
