Bought an item and it looks so cheap and tacky. A 2 year old in crafts could do a better job. Their returns policy is not designed for customers. Their customer service function is useless, great at providing the illusion of a good service. Don't be fooled. At this point I'm better off reselling on eBay rather than returning this item.

Placed an order with express delivery. It's akreadynine days since they haven't even sent the product. I contacted them through emails and online support and the same useless answers like "we will inform you where is the parcel, when our team informed us".
Asked for a refund at least for express shipping, which does not exist in fact, still no answer.

Please please never ever think of buying from this website. They have the worst customer service ever! I ordered from them a bag worth 2000$ and the way i received is like i received a cheap bag in a disgusting box + have minor scratches! I texted them to complain, nobody got back to me even. They also dont offer free return for international orders, i had to pay 200 $ for a return.

Absolutely awful company, who waste days going back and forth to not end up honouring your order. I purchased an item to send a birthday gift to my sister, so the delivery address was her address as she obviously doesn't live at the same address as me which is the billing address, they wasted days asking various security which were all answered correctly, for them to tell me they can send the item if the delivery address isn't the same as the billing address. I can't have it come to my billing as I'm out of town and so now the gift is extremely late and I have to go elsewhere to purchase it. My main issue is why did they spend days going back and forth asking one security question after the other when they can could have asked in one go, i would have provided all the information and saved us a week of going back and forth (mind you they're so slow to respond). No apologies for their incompetence, rather they tell me if it's a gift best to reorder and use PayPal in situations where the delivery address is different, how does that even make sense cause the billing address on PayPal is still the same address?
First company without giving the choice charged stiff fee for 2-3 days express delivery. After a week I reached to customer services with no avail. Another week passed buy and no news. I wrote again. No answer. Only after I filed complaint to my credit card, I got an email that the item was not available. Return will be issued in 3-5 day. So here is the result - no item, waste of time and energy. No more shopping at the site!
I have ordered a wallet as a gift for my husband's birthday and i have received an empty box. Now Ssense (on nonsense) is ignoring my emails and calls with no hope for refund. Worst experience ever and a ruined birthday!
I shopped at SSENSE for the past 10 years and had a great experience. About a week ago I made purchase and received a shipping confirmation within a few hours. Then the item never left the warehouse. Few days later I called customer service and was assured that they would intervene to immediately release the item to UPS. The day after item was still not moving. I called again and got a run around from the customer service rep. A after much back and forth he said he would cancel the purchase and provide refund, which did not happen. So I reached out to online support and received an apology, refund, discount for the next purchase, and a promise of future expedited shipping. So I decided to repurchase the item as there was a last one remaining in stock, while online with the rep who confirmed discount and expedited shipping were applied. Two days later the item was still showing as processing and has not even been shipped. So I reached out to online support and cancelled the order. It's ok if you accidentally screw up and try to fix the issue, but screw up on a redo is unacceptable. I am officially no longer shopping here. O Canada you are O so Incompetent.

I ordered a pair of shoes that i struggled to find forever and wasn't so sure about ordering from a company i had never heard of but i gave it a go! The first time the sold out after i had payed for my order and the money was back in my account straight away which i was very pleased with! The second time my shoes came very quickly and were in good shape when they got to me! Very good company

3 days after my order was cancelled flat. And i've received an email that the item was no longer in stock.
And that's about it. Unreliable, irresponsible poor service. It's better to pay couple blundered extra than to order from this nightmare. Completely spoiled my birthday.
Very bad customers service, wanted to place order and it's showing something went wrong please try again later. Keeps getting same messages all the time. Contacting customer service numerous times and they were mostly unhelpful. Very annoying people with no way of helping customers. It's better to take your business elsewhere.
