Amazing options that can't be found anywhere else. My order arrived quickly, looked like the images and was packaged nicely.
It took around 2 weeks for the delivery which I never experienced and it was not a door to door delivery that I have to go to postal office to collect. If this is a free shipping, I think it's reasonable but it cost me around USD20, I don't think it is fine for me.
Had often watched the site but never ordered until last month.

The website is fantastic, budget shoppers may be disincentivized by the relatively high international shipping costs. The DHL service is fantastic but it is expensive. Consider adding cheaper options if for smaller orders.
The worst experience ever! They gave me the run around concerning my credit card info. I had to call them because after 3 days my item hadn't shipped. I changed my billing address, gave them the correct amount they took out of my acct (under $10)
Then they said I still have to wait for fraud protection to look at my account. Michelle is the supervisor I'm told. I ordered the Gucci marmont belt because it's sold everywhere in the US but after reading these reviews I'm sure the universe was just looking out for me. Gucci website it is. I'll wait for the back order to come in November! The worst!

Like the title reads, the long sleeve Helmut Lang white shirt looked like it was bought 4 years ago and was in my closet until now and it looks old and a bit yellow on the seems. Maybe it really is old? I honestly don't know what this SSENSE business is but it seems like it's a secondary sale market so don't expect perfection. I did return a pair of sneakers that didn't fit because the site gave wrong info about the sizing and the return process was fair and simple.
