I love the jacket so soft and the fur is absolutely gorgeous. Jacket is true to size but if your planing on wearing a thicker sweater under it size up. Great customer service experience as well.
Had big problems with DHL but ssense customer support was great and kept in contact/updated me when necessary. When deliveries have issues all you really want is to be heard, seen and reassured <3

I made my first purchase here for a moncler jacket. The payment was straight forward and the process was great. I never shopped here before but I get emails frequently for new products they receive. The items they receive is great and very fashion forward. But I do wish I get a earlier email for limited products like yeezy sneakers. Most of the time when I try to purchase them the site is frozen or it sold out even before I get the email. Anyhow hopefully next time I am fast enough for those sneakers and I would definitely buy here again for my future purchases!

Everythings great. Just that presentation of the product ( how its packed and how the condition of the product box was) wasnt there for the amount of money I invested in it. When I try to purchase and checkout I ALWAYS have difficulty whether it be with paypal or card. For example the yeezy releases I always encounter errors such as adding sizes that are out of stock or whatnot.
I ordered an off-white hoodie and the next morning i double checked the sizing and realized i needed a size down. The size i needed was still in stock and my order did not ship and was still at the warehouse. I called and requested to swap the size for something smaller since my item was still in the hands of SSense. They told me this was not possible. The only way i could get a new size was to ship it back. Why waste money shipping it to me when i already stated it was the wrong size. That's so much extra work when it couldve been taken care of while it was still in the hands of the seller. No attempt was made to swap out my size. Just kept telling me their system wouldnt allow it. Isnt giving the customer what they want the key to great customer service? Why send me the item when i clearly told you it was the wrong size?
