They charged my card for products I didn't even have. Then I contacted them, they said they did a refund and would take 2-10 days. After 10 days she said they didn't do the refund until 3 days after I requested the refund. (But the email said the date I originally called in, and not 3 days later) come to find out they put the incorrect billing address and my money was never coming to me. Now they won't respond to my emails at all. This is such an aw**************)ful feeling to be out close to 200$ for products I don't even have. Awful awful awful customer service. Plus to steal my money amd not give it back, what kind of business does that.

I have just started using there scalp serum for hair regrowth and I believe it is working well. I signed up for the automatic renewals to continue using this product. I was unaware that the replacement capsules go into the first spray container that you receive, so I threw the whole thing away before receiving my replacement. They were super understanding and accommodating to my needs with a replacement, and quick with response! Very pleased with my experience with Spoiled Child so far!

I placed my order using PayPal which has my old address since I just moved. I'm not able to call customer service and have the address changed. Their contact operates by email which says it takes 24hrs or more to respond.
I have not received mine yet. I just ordered it today but I have a friend that uses it and she loves it so that's why I'm trying it.

I cannot log in to my account. Their website says the system will send you a secure link, but it is never sent. I contacted customer service to suspend my subscription. I received an email from customer service stating that my refill was moved up to the following month but that she needed my billing information so her manager could change my password, and I have not heard back from them. The customer service agent asked for my consent so her manager could change my password. I followed up the next day and have not heard back from them, nor can I log in to my account. There is no phone number to contact customer service or a timeframe of when to expect to hear back.
