Extremely deceptive

The total price did not come to light until after I placed the order. I'm extremely upset and feel deceived. I would never pay that amount for a product monthly. I assumed it was a quarter of the total amount and I feel tricked. I will be canceling my order immediately

Ordering didn't work quite right

This experience is only about ordering, as I was asked to review immediately after ordering.

Once it was time to authorize payment, I kept hitting the Apple Pay button. It would open up a new page with a popup asking me to move forward or cancel. I'd press the button to move forward and place the order, and instead of doing that, it kept reverting back to the previous page. The Apple Pay button never did work, and I ended up having to put in my card info manually. Once that occurred, it didn't successfully populate all the fields with my browser's autofill information, so I had to go into my browser settings to retrieve the exp date and CVV info because my credit card is not sitting here next to me at the moment. These are obvious technical glitches and/or things that aren't working perfectly on the site, and that's annoying. I almost abandoned the process altogether because of the issues.

One more thing and this is probably not on Spoiled Child but on this "smartcustomer" review site. I type in my last name below, which is hyphenated, and it won't allow it. When I go to Submit, it says my last name is invalid. I'm sorry, but a hyphenated last name is common and not invalid. If your systems are so ridiculous that they won't accept a hyphenated last name, that's ludicrous.

Misleading and conflicting pricing

I was signing up to get the full bottle to try for 14 days and it said it was $39 or $49 at one point and then at the end when I did the survey said it was $98. This is very misleading and confusing. So I canceled the order. I was very excited to try this product because it sounds like it's very beneficial for my needs, but I'm not paying $98.

Keeping at It

The company is very helpful and reaches out if you are dissatisfied in any way. I'm at the end of my second bottle, and while I haven't seen dramatic results just yet, I'm noticing that my nail beds are more moisturized, my face skin is looking more supple and my pores are smaller.
