I'm really loving the taste of SpoiledChild Mango. I haven't tried the Pineapple, but I will soon. I also love how it makes me feel. I'm 52 years young soon will be 53 and this is really great for my joints and my supervisor has told me how beautiful my skin looks.

I was looking at the website and it said it was free. It is not. You took over a hundred and something dollars off my card and I would like it back
I was tricked into ordering over $200 of extra product that I was under the impression were small free samples. Im sure it was in the fine print but that's complete crap. Bad business and I will probably NEVER order again because of it.
I was interested in ordering for trial, and I was told I only needed to pay shipping, but was charged full price for E27 and two products I didn't even know if I wanted. I was clicking on items to view the info, but being charged for each one. I never agreed to a final purchase... I kept trying to look at my cart and it was empty. I had already been charged.
I really don't have much to say other than that the products I've used thus far have been great from the collagen to the apple cider vinegar to the now added daily vitamin.
I consistently use another powdered collagen product that is rather popular, but I do find that spoiled child's liquid collagen is unmatched. A while ago, I tried another popular company's liquid collagen, which has biotin in it. It was pretty similar with the results, but I think spoiled child has a colleague line of products.

I have used Spoiled Child E27 Extra Strength Liquid Collagen for several years and love the results to my nails, skin, joints and gut. However, I have had nothing but problems with the sites billing. Sometimes the charges go through and sometimes they don't for no reason at all. My bank and credit card provider has noted that on several occasions the transaction is approved by my bank but then is immediately REVERSED BY SPOILEDCHILD for no reason. Even on PayPal. This has been very frustrating especially since this product works so well for me and I have not found another collagen option that gives me the same results. I have received several placating emails from customer service with apologies and discount codes, but no real remedy. For customer service to say they don't know why charges are declined, have no contact with their own accounting department, and can do nothing about it is ridiculous.
I only wanted to buy the collagen and ended up paying for some stupid biotin for my hair that I didn't want and don't need. I want my money back. This was a very misleading purchase.

So I went on the spoiled child to get some of there cologne and they say you can try three more ideas free so I was like ok picked them out an then the cologne was discounted to 9.99 free shipping and I get an email I was charged 209 bucks I got nothing free

Over all the questions were easy to answer, I think we should be able to pick more the 3 answers that apply to us if more do within the question asked.
The other thing is that I couldn't get the try it before you buy it, because of the type of card I uses, but I lose out on the deal and have to pay for it all upfront, because I get to try it. Hopefully ill like it and it will work well that way I won't have to send it back (if I even can and get money back)+I just really want it to work so hopefully ill want to keep buying more, my body needs a break and hopefully this is it!
This product does work quite well if taken consistently everyday. My hair, skin and nails have become much stronger and radiant. The only negative is that it is quite costly and shipping is quite lengthy.

I couldn't get 2 bottles because I am paying with a prepaid card I'm not rich but wanted 2 bottles and had to buy only one so I had to make another order and pay full price for the bottle I paid for it because I need it and yes I will continue to buy more every month thank you.

All you want is for people to subscribe. If your product is great - then people will come running to buy more product. Your constant nagging is a turn off.
