I've purchased with this company a few times. I do love the quality of the products. And placing a order is smooth. But when it comes to customer service that's a problem. You don't actually get to speak with anyone. It's all done through emails. And hard to get anything accomplished.
I liked the shopping experience but the marketing push to buy as many products or subscribe to them was a bit off putting. The prices are also high.

I love the spoiled child product have been using it for months. However the website is misleading and keeps suggestive selling items. This site has caused numerous bank fraud alerts due to continued additional charging, due to so many attempted authorizations in one day I have had to change my credit card 3 times. There is no customer service line where you can actually talk to someone, all you get back on the chat line is automated AI generated responses that don't resolve anything. Seriously not sure if the product is worth the hassle.
I received an email saying that it was delivered but I didn't receive my order. I didn't receive my tracking number either so I was not able to tracking my order, so far has been a disappointed experience.
