I was online ordering normal readers when I clicked 4.0 it showed that they had them. Nowhere in the listing did it show that I was ordering bifocal glasses on top of that if these are truly bifocals, the viewing area is so minuscule that you have to strain your eyes to be able to see-through them….very cheaply made plastic glasses and customer service was terrible. Wanting me to return them at a higher cost than just buying a new pair Due to the return shipping policy on both ends… sending them back and paying for shipping for the replacement pair.

Yes, we also went over our return policy which is listed on our website under the returns and on the packing slip. I sent you an note saying I never got them. I just found out they were sent to my daughter's home. All good.
When another pair of these glasses came and were defective Speert immediately replaced them. God customer care.
