I'm am a little disappointed in the Quality. The frame hinges are very loose and difficult to put on quickly. Also the magnetic connection should have been stronger

I've purchased about 50 pairs of glasses from Speert over about ten years now from 1.25 to my current 2.50 and love them. I keep them everywhere: in the house, multiple handbags, my car, the garage, even the lampshade next to my recliner. They rarely break and get donated when I have to move to an increased strength. You rarely have to contact customer service because they are swift and get it right the first time. Overall, you can't do better than Speert!

I ordered a pair of glasses over two months ago from Speert and still haven't received my order. Despite sending three emails to *******@speert.com, I've had no response. At this point, it seems I've lost €40. I'm beginning to wonder if this website is a scam. I'm seeking ways to compel them to respond, fulfill my order, or issue a refund.
Unfortunately, that is not accurate. We have time stamped replies on 11/7,11/15 and again on 12/4. Each time proving the link to track you package. As international tracking can take longer and we explained there have already been several attempts to deliver this package. However, the tracking number was also emailed to you once it shipped out and our shipping page provides all the information on how to track the package. If you have not received our numerous responses, please use the shipping page on our website to track the international order. We have also privately messed you all of our responses as well as the links to your shipment.
