Seems like the same story here - ordered some products, credit card was charged immediately, waited... waited... waited for my shipment. Finally emailed customer service. Didn't get a response. After another week went by, *I* called THEM, only to be told that "oh, the products you ordered have actually been discontinued." Seriously?! Were you ever planning on telling me that?! Not to mention, you have them "available" on your website for people to order. So, you took my money for products that don't even exist anymore?! They offered to put a credit on my account, or order something else for me instead (a similar product from the same brand). I ended up choosing the other product. Once again... waited... waited... waited. Another week went by. I called them requesting a status update on my order. It has now been a MONTH since I originally placed my order. They told me, "it should be shipped in the next couple of days!" and emailed me a measly 15% off coupon code for my next order (which didn't even show up in my email - I actually had to email them back and ask them for the code). When I finally received my order, the product I had ordered to replace my discontinued items wasn't included. Instead, I got a note saying I had a credit on my account in the amount that I paid for the missing products. I called them and spoke to a man with a very thick french accent who informed me that the credit on my account is actually going to be $4 less than the note says. At this point, I am furious. I mean, it's only $4... but it's the principle! YOU screwed up, and now you are essentially stealing my money? Anyway, long story short, they did not give me the full refund or credit that I was due. But there was no way I was going to let the rest of my money just sit there in cyberspace, so I used it to order another product (which again, was 'available' on their website). 3 weeks went by... the shipment hadn't arrived. No communication from the company stating why it's delayed... nothing. Even though it says on the invoice, "If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you by email." Here I am again... waiting... waiting... is this the twilight zone?!

Not at all happy about this site. My very first order was fine. After that, unbelievably bad. I HATE that they charge right away; I HATE that you can place items in your cart even though they're out of stock, and be charged for them, to boot; I HATE that you don't even know anything is amiss until you FINALLY get your order; I HATE that you have to prod them for the money you are owed back.
I will never order from this site again. Too bad as they are one of the few online places that carry SpaRitual products, which is why I went to them in the first place.
Ordered a product from this company and $126 was charged immediately to my credit card. One month later still had not received product. Sent two emails with no response. Called and the person who took my call could not have been more disinterested. Said they would call back and didn't. Finally received product. Will not order again from here. There are far more reputable places to order that actually have customer service.
Yep- same as other recent reviews. I've ordered in the past and had a good experience, but this time items were missing (out of stock) from my shipment it said I'd get them sent to me later after 2 months and 4 phone calls and some really bad customer service I will be sent (so they say) my stuff I paid for 2 months ago next week. This is after having them try to suggest other products than I ordered because what I ordered is out of stock again- basically seems like they lost that I was t sent the stuff. They admit it was never sent. I got a pathetic 'sorry about that' and that is how she was willing to leave it. When I pointed out that was terrible I was offered a discount on my next order!? I also had a a rude girl explain to me what "follow up" means after I told her I was already to that by another rep. I'd be interested to know if the other reviewers specifically had a problem receiving Eminence products... The crappy customer service is just the icing on the cake!
Took my money but didn't send the products. Had to contact credit card company to get my money back.

Very bad customer service. Do not order online from these people. I waited weeks for my shipment and when I finally got it there was an item missing. No one is responding to my phone calls and emails... of course they took their money right away!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a few products on March 14, at which point my credit card was charged, and got an email saying I would receive confirmation of shipment as well as claiming I would receive my order within 9 business days. Over a week later I still had no shipping confirmation, so I emailed spaboutique on the Monday. By Thursday still NO RESPONSE, so I emailed them again, both the info and cs address. By the following Monday, 11 business days from when I initially ordered, NOTHING. So I called them, only to be told my products had not yet been shipped, and then was put on hold for a few minutes while the cs rep looked into it. Turns out 2 of my products are back ordered and won't be in stock for at least another week. WTF?! How can a company charge my credit card for items they don't have in stock, then not notify me of the delay, and completely ignore my emails for a week? When I asked the cs rep how I could not have even been notified/ why had no one replied to my emails in over a week, she said they had a backlog of emails. A week? Really... I was then offered a pathetic 15% off next purchase, but I told the rep not to bother telling me the promocode. This business is doomed to fail! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Do not waste your money! Every time I ordered from the website I had problems. And just now experienced live the worst customer service I have received ever even compared to some European countries I have been to.
I live in Vancouver, Spa Boutique is in Vancouver yet the orders never get shipped until you escalate to the management. YOU WILL wait forever then they will screw it up and if you even dare to go to the store beware of unprofessional, condescending and snobby high school drop outs or beauty specialists.
Ordered twice from this website and was happy with the vast selection of different brands they offer. Fast & free shipping is a bonus as well. On one of my orders, an item was out of stock. However, no one from the warehouse contacted me regarding the out of stock item. Upon receiving the parcel, opening it and realizing one item was missing... my initial reaction was WTFFFF to see one item missing. Then I finally realized it was out of stock only when I saw the item crossed off on the attached invoice. More effective communication skills should have been implemented to lessen the unpleasant surprise to the customer. Contacting the customer via email regarding the out of stock item would have been nice.
Answer: Call your credit card company to get a refund and NEVER order from Spa Boutique again. You will not be getting your order! If you need any products, it is better to get them in person from another Spa company. Lesson learned. We all have been had.

Answer: Are you sure you ordered in May? Their website had a notice of suspension in April of 2015 if you tried to log in, and their bricks & mortar boutique was cleared out sometime before that.
