I ordered $287 worth of products on October 10th and it is now November 6th and I still have not received the order. My Emails are not being answered and the phone number they provide cannot be completed as dialed. The long distance mailbox is full and I had to get the direct number from Telus as the toll free number would not work. I will be calling my credit card company with this issue.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
They will quite literally steal your money. Ordered placed Oct 1, still nothing received - will not respond to my inquiries at all.
MY ADVICE for all affected by this: report this to your credit card company immediately. It took me 20 seconds on hold for RBC to investigate and refund the money back to my card. I'm sure they've heard of this company many times.
I can only echo the majority of one star reviews. Ordered a birthday gift August 10th. Prepaid, of course, by credit card. After repeated follow ups and considerable email correspondence, still no goods shipped. After 6 weeks or so I asked for them to cancel the order and credit my charge card. They said this would take 6 to 10 business days. After about 15 business days there was no credit put through. I contacted my cardholder who initiated a dispute process. Despite my wishes to cancel this order it was finally shipped about 10 weeks after ordering. I can say, in all honesty, that my customer experience with them is the worst I have ever experienced.
I can't even give these people one star but I am forced to. They will NOT give me my refund. It seems like their accountant Ingrid De la Pena (*******@spaboutique.ca) is afraid to answer emails. Their voice mailbox is always full. This is the worst, most expensive mistake I have made with online ordering. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM…a slightly more expensive dealer in these products is worth it. Give business to people with integrity.

This is my follow up email, It is now Oct 8th, 2014 and I still haven't received my refund of $168.00 (order number #****). Over the last few years I have purchased over a thousand dollars of products from you and I have never had any trouble with you, but since I have requested a refund I am having to email you over and over and waste my time to get a simple refund. It's a shame that this is taking you over 3 months, please return my money. I don't wish to waste my time anymore. I will have to take this matter to Better Business Bureaus and to CTV Steele on your side. I hope to hear from you soon.

It is now Oct 29th and I am yet to get any refund or email from them and I don't know what to do anymore!
OMG, I am having the same problems, I placed an order in July 2014, still have not received my order and it is now almost November 2014, have called several times, mailbox is full. I have sent emails, same story, refund in the mail or product will be sent out shortly. It is so ridiculous, but as women or men, we get sucked in with discounts, not worth it! Too much stress waiting for product or refund. How can I get a refund or products? Any suggestions?

I do not know how this company remains in operation. They deserve 0 stars. I placed an order with them August 10th, 2014. I sent an email at the end of August as I could not call and leave a message. The phone numbers listed all state that voice mailboxes are full and you cannot leave a message. I finally circumvented and called for a spa appointment and got through but was then transferred and told that there had been technical problems and that my order would be sent out October 1st. I received a partial order on October 20th. I don't know whether it was coincidental but the three items missing from the order are the three most expensive items on the order. The sheet provided with the order states that if there are problems to please call *******315 but don't bother. The mailbox is full. I am now going to contact Better Business Bureau and have them send an email on my behalf. I'm not giving up. I want my order and I want it in full. However, buyer beware. I will never use this company again and would counsel anyone to avoid them.
ZERO stars! Worst customer service, never answer their phone, rarely answer emails, I've been waiting for my refund for 2 months now! Starting to think this company has gone bankrupt or is a total scam from all the other terrible reviews! They stole my money. I reported the business on Better Business Bureau and I suggest that everyone should do the same so this company could get investigated and so we could get some answers. I was told the refund is taking long due to "high volume of refunds" and now you can no longer reach them on the phone due to "high volumes of calls". Everyone beware of Spa Boutique!
If I could give 0 I would. Ordered over a month ago, email said 6-12 days delivery. One month later, still nothing. Emailed and they they didn't know when order would be shipped. They did charge me, so I asked for refund. Didn't hear back, then filed dispute with CC.
Also tried to phone them at the number on the website, message says mailbox is FULL!
No wonder, with people calling to cancel, refund or want their orders probably.
Will never order from them again, rather pay more to use a US company.
ZERO FOR RATING! I wish I had researched the company and read all these reviews before I bought products online from them! They basically stole my money. It has been over 2 months now and I still don't have the product I ordered and the refund they "promised" to give me after the product NEVER ARRIVED! They need to refund me $100! I have sent several emails back and forth to them, and they NEVER do what they say they will do--namely REFUND the money they stole from me, after having NEVER sent the product!
My advice to anyone reading this, NEVER EVER order from spa boutique. It's a scam and you will lose your money.
Poor customer service.
I have been a repeat customer at Spa Boutique, but I am sad to say that their customer service is getting worse. I recently placed an order, and after more than a week and half, it has not yet shipped. When I contacted the company to ask when my order would be shipped, I received a reply saying that it would take up to 21 business days before it was shipped. By the time the order arrives, it could be more than a month since my order date---and I am located in the same country. I can order from overseas and receive my order more quickly!
The thing that upset me the most was the complete lack of customer service. When I told the company representative that I wished to cancel my order, I was told that I would not receive a refund---only a credit note.
I am very sorry that I ordered from this company, and will not do so again. Buyer beware!
Was a repeat customer of spaboutique.ca, but I had the same experience as many others have reviewed with my recent order.
Products were not delivered as promised, even though I followed-up multiple times - and being told that they will be shipped 'soon'. Once it was apparent that was not going to happen, I requested a refund. Refund was promised Sept. 5 and would be processed within 10 business days.
That, of course, did not happen. After multiple attempts at resolving directly with the Spa Boutique, I was also left with no choice but to dispute charge with my credit card company.
I would be surprised if they survive, I imagine cash-flow will be a major problem for them after settling all of these fought charges!
NEVER EVER ORDER from these guys. Worst retail experience ever.
If i could give a zero, i would. I ordered products on July 21,2014. Followed up on order every couple of weeks. Given all sorts of excuses, or no reply at all. Finally, gave up and asked for refund on September 18,2014. Would take 5 business days. By October 10,2014, still no refund. Made complaint with Paypal, but they can't help because it's longer than 45 days days. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed formal complaint with BBB. Take my advice, and the others here: STAY AWAY. Wish i had seen the reviews here, before i made my purchase.

If I could give them negative stars I would! A year and a half ago I ordered products that came quickly - all was great. I placed another order back in August and after a month I began inquiring about when it would be shipped (my credit card was charged immediately after the order was placed). Each time I received a response such as 'I spoke to my shipper and you will receive the order in 6 to 12 business days' or 'we have so many orders that we are filling the older orders first'. I became angry and asked for the order to be cancelled and was told there would be a '15 to 20 day' wait for the accounting department to process the refund. I had enough and asked for some advice on how to respond to this continuous run around from a relative who is an attorney. The next thing you know, I received an email from this company telling me my package had been shipped - with a tracking number!
Lets just see what happens next!
Thank you to everyone who wrote a review. I only wish I had checked before I ordered! Now out $200 with little recourse. How could a company that once was able to get it right, go so wrong?! Can anyone who lives in Vancouver go by the address and see if the company is still there? This totally sucks!
I too am waiting for an order placed Aug 22,2014 I was promised delivery but Oct 1 at the latest after I wrote numerous emails complaint & questioning about my order. It is now Oct 8 and still no order, They keep telling me they are working on backorders! Seriously?!
Unfortunately I also fall in the same trap. As a returning customer was never expecting to get fulled by a small business. The order was placed, amount was charged and after more than a MONTH the order was never shipped. They also PROMISED and DID NOT reimbursed my cc back. Just placed a dispute with my CC company, hopefully will get my money back. Unbelievable...
Buyer beware! I never received my order after numerous complaints ended up having to call my credit card to dispute the charge! Scammers!
I'm just like everyone else on this site. I placed my order and paid my money in good faith, but it was misplaced. If I'd read these reviews before ordering I wouldn't have. My order was received and processed July 18,2014 and I'm writing this angry missive on Oct 1,2014. Cannot call anyone nor email anyone at Spa Boutique. I'll be trying to get my money back through my credit card company.
I have been a loyal customer till now and will not give out their name of business to anyone again, as in the past I have a lot. It has been 2 months since I placed order and have not reiceved anything, not even a phone call to explain. I don't mind waiting if you contact me and let me now. But I have to do all contacting, with usually no response... really Spa Boutique... Business move and change all the time but it dosnt affect your phone or some manners...
Answer: Call your credit card company to get a refund and NEVER order from Spa Boutique again. You will not be getting your order! If you need any products, it is better to get them in person from another Spa company. Lesson learned. We all have been had.

Answer: Are you sure you ordered in May? Their website had a notice of suspension in April of 2015 if you tried to log in, and their bricks & mortar boutique was cleared out sometime before that.
