I have ordered many times from Spa Boutique. In the past, it was slow, however, more recently it has become really bad. I placed an order on August 2, and still have not received it. I have called many times... no one answers... and when I get an answer... all they say is "it will be shipped next week. No its not! I have sent almost a dozen nasty emails,,, and no products yet. Will be taking my complaint to the BBB and my credit card company.

Ordered Obagi products from this site last Aug. 30,2014, I haven't receive any yet until now Sept. 20th, 2014. I sent an email once, they said they're experiencing backlogs due to migrating platforms, etc... I called but nobody answers. I used to order at essentialdayspa.ca, but they don't have it in stock. I should have read the reviews first.

BRUTAL company to deal with

BRUTAL company to deal with. Would have given them a 0 star rating if I could. Purchased $125 worth of product, credit card charged immediately, and now almost 2 months later, nothing! Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I've probably called the customer service line 85 times with no answer and a full voice mailbox every time. Only twice did I actually get through to anyone and this person informed me that my order was due to ship out next week. Next week comes and goes and nothing. Have sent multiple emails and they only responded to one with the same " it's due to ship out next week". The company re-launched their website on August 21,2014 and since then, I'm no longer able to log into my account. BRUTAL! With all of these similar reviews, my only conclusion is *INTERNET SCAM* I've since contacted my credit card company and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just bummed I didn't read these reviews before I purchased from Spaboutique.ca

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, EVER! You will just throw your money at the window. They dont send you your products and find all the excuses not to. And if you're among the rare customers to get your products, it will take months, after a lot of emails and phone calls. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges, after 2 months of waiting...

Please Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with as everyone else on this site has expressed. I am ashamed this is a Canadian business. I ordered product early in July and credit card was charged right away with $300. They sent email back saying it would arrive 6 - 12 days later. No such thing happened. Contacted them 10 days later and they said my order was back ordered and would be sent out as soon as it came in. August still no product arrived. Contacted them again and had the promise that it was coming UPS Express ( no tracking # given) Again never arrived. They completely ignored my last email and i can no longer get into my account ( my password and email is invalid) it seems they have moved and no orders before August seem to exist. It is now well into September still no word. Advised my credit card company and they told me they would dispute it. Also contacted BBB which I believe are reevaluating their rating. I probably won't get my money back but if enough people complain at least maybe it will help someone else from dealing with this nightmare of a business scam.

I found the same thing as all the other reviews-I place an order and I have to wait weeks (not the 6 to 12 days as advised by spa boutique) to get my order. You can place a call but don't expect a call back and you can send an e-mail but don't expect a reply. I am now locked out of my account, so I cannot track my current order. Their system says that my password and e-mail address doesn't exist. If I don't receive my products soon - that I paid about $120 for - I too will go directly to the BBB. Screw calling them just to receive a credit. I don't intend to do business with them ever again! Even though I like shopping on-line, it's just not worth the hassle. I advise that you purchase what you want at to store or switch to another product that you can buy at the store.

Don't waste your money, unless you enjoy having your credit card charged while waiting FOREVER to receive your products (IF they get around to shipping them at all). Oh, and also don't expect any replies to your e-mails. Good luck if you get tired of waiting for a response and decide to call - expect a full voicemail box. And if they "forget" to send you a product you ordered, or if they tell you the item is "back ordered", don't expect your money back. Oh no, that was YOUR fault. Even though you never physically received the product you'll have to make due with a store credit so that you'll be forced to go through all this bullsh** with them again. Trust me, if you're already caught up in this nightmare of unbelievably bad customer service do yourself a favour, take an aspirin and contact your credit card company to have the charge reversed. Good luck.

So my first order with Spaboutique.ca, it was great! I got a great deal on a 1L duo of AG and a few other AG products, it arrived quickly and customer service was great and helpful but now, HOLY CRAP! I placed a new order July 19th, a month later still nothing and I ended up buying the products at a salon because I ran out so August 20th I called and had my order cancelled. The guy I talked to said it would take 3-4 days for my refund to show up on my Visa and he was transferring me to Accounting, I waited on hold and then the call hung up, I tried calling back and since then every time I call I get an automated voicemail message and no one answers the phone! I waited a couple of days for a refund to show up on my Visa, nothing. So I emailed on August 28th and got a reply the very next day from a woman named Nancy said that a woman named Ingrid would assist me and I haven't heard anything since and now I am locked of my spa boutique account too! This has been the worst experience and I have disputed the charges with Visa and filed a complaint with the BBB.

If you are waiting for them to refund you, don't bother. Call your bank/credit card company and dispute the charges and then file a complaint with the BBB. You will get much faster results! Also check out their Facebook page, you'll see a bunch of other people are having the same issues as me.

Wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered. Same story as everybody else, ordered, paid and did not receive anything after a month. I like encouraging Canadian businesses but looks like I'll be returning to Amazon... Opened a "resolution dispute" with PayPal, not holding my breath since I heard they too have poor customer service: (

I am 6 weeks into a no show order with spa boutique.ca. When I began to wonder whether the site is actually legitimate or just a front to get your credit information, I came across reviews on this site. Given everyone else's review, I am beginning to think I wasted my money on this order. I'm now hoping my credit card is safe in the hands of a company with such alarming business and customer service practices.
I strongly urge everyone with a poor to downright horrid experience with this company to launch a complaint with the BBB, Better Business Bureau. If I see no resolve in the next few weeks I am going to do just that. I have also contacted a National Canadian consumer 'watchdog' show - http://bc.ctvnews.ca/2.1141/steele-on-your-side. While one complaint may go nowhere, 15-20 might save others from experiencing the same frustration.

I wish I could somehow attach this to their site. Ordered aug 3. Over $200.00 of products, money taken from visa right away. It is now aug, 29. After phoning the store, not the contact line, as there mailbox was full, I received an email saying yonka products arriving next week. Still not here. Look on there website. No mention products not available. I am asking for a refund. NOT a STORE CREDIT. Allison N. Vancouver

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

This is worst customer service I have ever had. They did not send me half of the items I purchased and they continually lied to me about when the rest of my products would be delivered. They also lied to me about when I would receive my refund after I cancelled my order due to the horrendous service.

I have never been treated with this much distain and insignificance.

I wish I would have found this site and read the reviews before I placed my order. I thought to myself, "oh they are from Vancouver, they use Paypal, they seem legit". Clearly I was wrong. I placed an order July 4, kept telling me after I emailed them numerous times that my product was not yet in stock. August 8 I cancelled- told I would be refunded everything to my bank account but nothing. Visa will now be dealing with them. Hopefully they go out of business because they clearly have no organization or apparently, any products!

I ordered online and that was the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order on July 2nd, my credit card was charged immediately, I received a shipment 3 weeks later with everything checked off on the invoice but only half the products delivered. Trying to call and email was unsuccessful since no one answers the phone or your emails. After trying numerous times every day I finally got hold of someone a week later who said they must have missed putting the missing items in the box. 2 weeks after that still no products arrived. So I started the same game with calling and emailing again. Then after another 2 weeks (now 6 weeks after my initial order was placed) I sent them an email saying that I'd report them to the better business bureau. Within 10 minutes I had a reply saying that my products were still on back order (so they never even had them in stock?) and they offered me some products instead, which were not even close to what I had ordered. So I demanded a refund for the missing products. Now another week later still no refund or answer so I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. Now they can deal with them. Ordering at Spa Boutique has cost me a lot of my free time and I hope they won't be in business much longer. Do NOT order from them.

I was unbelievably unhappy with my last SpaBoutique.ca experience. They charge your credit card immediately, and don't bother sending you your products. I placed an order on June 29th that I'm still waiting for, and it's July 30th. They say on the website that you can expect in 6-12 days! I've called and e-mailed multiple times, only to find out that they are shipping me a **partial order** and refunding me the rest of my money. But the refund will take 10 days minimum. I had ordered from them around December of 2013 and the products didn't arrive quickly but at least they arrived! After this experience, NEVER AGAIN! I don't know about the other women that use this site, but I don't anticipate my body care needs a full month in advance of when I need them. So I've had to buy the products anyway before I receive the shipment I paid for over a month ago now. I'm not sure why they are providing such exceptionally poor service when they are an online business that people can run into the ground with negative reviews. Anyway, here's hoping this happens! Spaboutique.ca takes peoples' money and immediately forgets them.

These guys simply suck. Terrible experience from beginning to end. Took my money up front and 3 weeks later still no product. Made we wonder if they were still even in business as no one answered emails or returned calls. Brutal with a capital B. My credit card company refunded me. Never again.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Placed an order back in February of 2014, did not receive my order until I emailed with no response and called. Finally received them only to find one of the products was incorrect. They wanted me to ship it back then they would send me the correct one. Ok no problem, only they shipped me the incorrect one again! Finally I insisted I want my money returned. After several calls to this company, I am still waiting for my refund and it is now July. Keep your money and save yourself the hassle of dealing with Spa Boutique.

I would never ever recommend this site to anyone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a mineral makeup and brush and payment went through. I went away on a business trip and expected my products to arrive by the time I got home. 3 weeks later nothing had arrived. I called and they said my product was on back order. I would have appreciated an email or notification call letting me know this. The customer service person saids it would be another 2 weeks. I said forget about it and refund my money. The customer service person said that it was policy to give a credit rather than refund and I said that that would not work for me because I need my product immediately and wanted to go buy somewhere else. He finally agreed but now it has been a month and I still have not received my refund. No one is answering my calls or emails. Worst customer service ever.

I would give it 0 stars.
The same thing that has happened to all of you has happened to me. Ordered my products, got charged $172.00 then got an email saying my products were shipped. 2 weeks later still no products, so I called and the girl said that they were out of stock and it would be another 8- 10 before they got the products in. It's been almost two months and nothing. No one has answered back to my emails.
