I would like to know why there is never anyone on live chat. This is my first experience buying over the internet I might say not the best experience so far. I can not get a reply to an email I sent in regard to my order which was placed on the 30th November order no *******585 I might add I paid an extra fee to have it shipped more quickly. I feel Soufeel should at least refund me this extra fee. There is no tracking for me to follow as it is after 9 days still in the processing stage.
Ordered item on the 29th November it was a charm with photo on as a Christmas gift for my friend who lost her mum, feel very let down, very quick to take money but not quick to respond to peoples queries if Soufeel feel they can respond my tracking is *******391if not then I will contacting paypal in regards to refund thanks Lindsay
Despite placing my order on 19 November and paying for 5-9 day shipping my order has never arrived. I have managed to communicate with Soufeel who maintain the order is with shipping company and email will be received shortly, be patient, another 4 days etc etc - another stalling tactic. I started a Paypal claim and surprise, surprise I received a message this morning stating that I had given an incorrect postcode for shipping. I fortunately took a screen shot of my order at time of placing and address details are CORRECT - both those on Paypal and those given to Soufeel
I ordered photo charms from soufeel on 16th Nov, and they arrived on 5th Dec. I'm very happy! My photo charms look amazing and beautiful, the pictures are very clear and bright. They also sent an Eiffel tower charm for free. In my opinion the delivery time is pretty quick especially around this busy season. I have bought some stuff from various china based company before and it usually takes minimum a month to arrive. I have made two more orders from Soufeel and one of the order has been in transit in my country post office which is great! Can't wait for them to arrive!
I place an order and it did not go throu so I tried like 4 times and nothing but when I went to my orders it say there are 4 pending orders I hope I don't get charge for all of those
I ordered a personalized photo charm. I received updates va text and email regarding the shipping pocess. The charm arrived before the estimated date. It came in a soft bag with a cleaning cloth. They also included a Eiffel Tower charm for free to show support for the recent Paris terrorist attacks. The photo charm is PERFECT. The quality is stunning. I am so very pleased with my purchase and the company. I will definitely buy from them again.

This is my first time to purchase from Soufeel. At first I had my doubts and a little bit worried. But, I did get what I wanted and the little charms look so cute and they are sterling silver. I ask their customer service about the transaction progress and order status by alive chat and they reply me so fast. I would definitely recommend them to my best friends!

I've seen plenty of charms, but this little travel trailer caravan is probably the coolest, most unique I've seen in some time. Both the car and the trailer have great color and detail. I was even able to hitch the trailer to the car. The trailer looks like something right out of the sixties and the car with the surfboard on the top shouts Beach Boys. These charms can be worn either on Pandora or Chamilia bracelets, but not the old-fashioned style of charm bracelet. Simply select your starter bracelet and begin to collect. They can also be worn on a simple sterling chain if desired.
Many people obviously are selecting charms that do have meaning to the wearer. It's so unique and fun that it makes me almost want to start collecting charms again.

Just got my order and it is quite pretty. After I wear it a while and see how it stays shiny I am sure I would order again. I have placed a few orders now and all come in good time and the wait is worth it.
