I ordered a charm December 2 for my granddaughter for Christmas. My credit card was charged but I never received the charm. I had ordered previously and everything went well. I have tried to get in touch with Soufeel to no avail. I am very disappointed. Will not recommend this company!
This is the first time to order from this company. I ordered them after Thanksgiving. I started to read some of the reviews and started to get a little nervous. Seemed the only issue what delivery times. I sent an email to the company asking if they knew when it would be delivered? I received a response within 30 min. Explaining in detail where is was and the tracking number and how to use there web site to track it. After that I received emails on where the package was and when it was delivered. Yes I got it 12/17 and I am VERY happy with the product. The pictures look great. The quality is perfect. The packaging it seems varies. I would tell anyone to use this company for your pandora charms. I heard they are opening a warehouse in the US. Delivery would be easier. I can't wait to order more.
Received my charm today about 3 weeks after it was ordered. I was so disappointed in the quality, you could barely make out the picture. Since it was handcrafted why didn't someone from Customer Service email or call and ask for another picture rather than sending out something that looks like a black blob in the middle of a heart. Of course the only way to contact them is by email and of course I received an automated response that they had too many emails to deal with this time of year... amazing they had time to immediately process a credit card.
Took 17 days from order to receipt. Lovely picture bracelet pendant. Emailed customer service as tracking facility did not work and they responded within 48 hours. Would definitely without a doubt order again.
Absolutely love my soufeel jewelry... and yes I placed the orders on Dec 2,2015 and was worried bout the tracking number I hadn't received I dd send them 3 emails and as stated they will reply about 48 hrs depending. So I did receive a reply and a prompt tracking number. And voila got my jewelry on Dec 16,2015 and I'm super happy love the quality. Yes its real sterling silver and yes it fits perfect on any Pandora bracelet! Love it will buy more. You just need a little patience that's all!
Absolutely awesome jewelry GOOD QUALITY just as Pandora. Yes I too was worried after 1 week no tracking number no update. And I sent them 3 email. I placed my order on Dec 1 n Dec 2 and I received my orders on Wednesday Dec 16 2015 I am happy because its a good company well worth the wait... it takes some days but they did return my emails as stated may take up go 48 hrs for a reply which they did. So suffice to say I had no issues with soufeel love the jewelry will buy again!

I have received two very rude replies stating that they are too busy to respond so they created a generic reply. Very, very, very unhappy. They charged my credit card right away.
Just like most others on here, I am very disappointed. I was so excited when I saw the add on Facebook for this gorgeous, personalized jewelry. I ordered $200 worth on 11/30/2015, and my credit card was charged that very same day. I never received an email confirmation, and when I entered my email address to attempt to get a status of my order, it said "email not recognized." There is not a phone number to contact customer service, and their on-line chat doesn't work. I sent an email, but I have only received an automated response. I can understand that personalized jewelry may take a little longer, but the fact that there is no communication is concerning. The items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts, and I am afraid that my order will not arrive in time…. If it even arrives at all. If I don't hear from them within the 48 hours that their automated email indicates, I will be disputing my credit card charge. Such a shame; these were going to be the gifts I was most excited about giving.
I fell for this site and ordered 4 charms. 2 are not even mine! If anyone is missing one of a boy swimming and a dog let me know. Of the two that were mine one is barely visible. So disappointed. These are gifts for the holidays.

I purchased a charrm on December 5th and the company has charged my card yet it is the 12th and I've heard nothing at all. I email customer service stating cancel order and refund money as I will not tolerate a runaround and obviously order hasn't shipped but I received auto reply they are so busy. (Bull) anyways it gave option to type in order number and email and it returned order not found! Yet they have charged my card.
I received my bracelet and charms today, and all I can say is that I love it! Both the bracelet and the charms are sturdy and the pictures are perfect. I know there are many people mentioning that they are concerned where their order is and that it is taking so long... The product is being shipped from China. I placed the order on November 26th and I received it today on December 11. I personally do not think that the wait was unreasonable, and believe me it is worth it! I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely order from this company, as I think it would make a perfect gift!
Very unhappy with this company you can get no response to your inquiry, they say my order has been shipped but Canada Post has had it for over two weeks, this is the worse service and experience I have had with an online company
I initially gave them a very poor rating due to customer service. However, once I got their attention, the issue was corrected and I have received my products. They are very beautiful and seem to be the same quality of much more expensive brands. I have seen many complaints about customer service and shipping issues. Remember the squeaky wheel gets fixed first! Make a lot of noise, post comments on their Facebook page, submit reviews here and other public sites and post that on their Facebook page, I even emailed their CEO. Something worked because I stopped getting auto replies and broken English responses and got some real answers followed by a swift correction to the issues. I will shop with them again.

Placed order for a customized charm on 11/30 but never received a confirmation email for my order. No phone number to be found anywhere on their website and live chat hasn't been available for the past week. But I filled out form and finally received confirmation confirming the general shipping times — no specific tracking available though. It took 17 days from ordering to delivery. And sooooo disappointed with the result. The photo that I had carefully placed within the borders of the customizable space was cut off — basically making this item unusable since I wanted to give it away as a gift. I am too embarrassed about the low quality (not material but poor execution of personalizing the product). A total waste of time and money and I encourage everybody to think twice about ordering from this company.
