Definitely not what I expected. I've bought a lot of things online and I must say this was the worst purchase I've made. They made it seem bigger then what is was.
I ordered here to get someone a personalized item and I even paid an extra $25 for express shipping for it to be delivered 2-4 business days. It has been over a month, no refund, no package. I have emailed this website numerous times and they don't even bother checking emails, you get sent to the automated messaging. Whenever I go on the website to see where the hell my package is it says it is still processing. I have ordered from here before and the item I ordered was not at all what was described you can not even see the photos because of how small it was. I know I was foolish for ordering there again but I needed a personalized item. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE!

I ordered a photo bracelet for a friend whose mother passed away. I received it the bracelet was nice but I am not able to see the picture at all. How do I give this to someone when they can't even view the picture. I have emailed and did chat support and have not received any help. They did say personalized items are not returnable BUT the product was not as described so please refund my money.
I placed my order November 3rd and was supposed to receive it, by latest, November 16th. I have emailed several times. I have asked them to resend it, asked for a refund, a partial refund. Was sent an email that my package was stopped in customs. That was over a week ago. Extremely displeased. Horrible customer service. Why is there not a number to call? Very ghetto. Do NOT recommend.
I was a little worried with how the product would turn out based on the image I submitted. But after working with the team and providing feedback I couldn't be more happier with what I received. It will make a fantastic gift and it really turned out great!
Don't waste your money, bought 3 projection bracelet. Projection doesn't work, too small to look through, to small to shine a torch through, looks cheap, it's an embarrassment to give as a gift. Ordered my sisters birthday present and it said 8-10 days haven't even received my ordered and it's nearly been a month. I have tried to get in contact but no one will reply and i haven't even received an email about my order since i ordered it. And the tracking won't work either
So I order a father day wallet this year and never received it long story short... there was a Glitch in the address they received and who ever received it returned it to sent it back the sender,which mean it went back to the company, however I never received a receipt nor did I get a call stating that my package was returned to the company. I mean isn't that why they take our additional information?
SO I did Know EXACTLY how to get in contact with the company but some how I found a poor review with there email address. So I contacted them and stated I never recieved my package, they originally told me it would be 7.99 to redelivery my package, but I refused because the error was on there third party service WHO TOOK my card payment.
But every time I reply back via email it's a new rep. With different prices I've been going back and forth with this so called company for about 3 month MAYBE LONGER now and all I want at this POINT is a refund but they won't give it to me and the resend fee now is almost $21 and the item I purchased was about $30.
At this point the people who are contacting ME are clearly lookING to gain profit for themself...
But I know 1 thing they better send me my money..."BBB"
I wish my daughter had read the reviews of Soufeel prior to her purchase of a Mother's Day gift for me. She purchased the charm with my parent's pictures, as they had just passed. However, in less than a week, the picture had bubbles in it. It was worn for just a few minutes, only twice. I never washed my hands with it on, nor was in humid weather. I reached out to the company and they demanded pics of the picture inside the charm...? You can't use our cell phone light and camera at the same time, and other light sources would not work, we tried every avenue. They did not care, only stated since I could not provide a picture, they could not help me. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is very unhelpful.

My husband's bubblehead doesn't even resemble 1% of what he looks like.they are asking me how they fix it and i told them but they didn't know how to fix it and it end up changing me 40% of the doll price without receiving it.

I can not begin to describe the frustration throughout the whole process with soufeel and their customer service. I ordered a customized heated blanket in March as a gift, and it was supposed to arrive within 6-9 business days. A month later, when I reached out to soufeel they insisted the package was on the way and every email received stated it would arrive within 6-9 business days. The tracker for the package showed the package had arrived to my town of residence, but customer service insisted it was stuck with customs (tracker showed it cleared customs a week prior). After 2 months of back and forth and them copy/pasting responses I asked for a refund, but was told since the package had shipped already that I could not get one. Another month of copy pasting email responses and an offer of $15 (which I never received) for my frustration and their lack of help to me resulted in an investigation on where my package actually was. 20 days later I was offered a new package to be created and sent, to which I responded I would rather get a refund and take my business elsewhere. 8 days later I received an email asking for my address for the new package to be sent, to which I responded I did not want a new package, I wanted a refund. They are now offering me $15 less than the full price of my package because they allegedly sent me the $15 prior (I NEVER RECEIVED IT!) and are refusing to provide any links to leave a review on their official site. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from soufeel or be prepared to be frustrated beyond belief dealing with their customer service and hope/pray you actually receive your package. From the other reviews I've read it seems like the quality of the package is less than to be desired anyway.

I order a gift for my mother for Mother's Day these people never shipped my order put it on hold saying fraud. Sent me a email saying they need my full card information and photo ID to verify payment. No payment processor ask for that it's either the payment will go through or not. I refused to send multiple times and ended up just asking for a refund they said it's a 30% fee off of my refund lol saying because they processed. It why would you process a order you claim was fraud. Lol I lost some money but at that point I was over it just wanted to be done with them. Customer service ain't no help either smh

I had ordered a wonderful wallet for my girlfriend, it arrived with a defect. And with that I contacted Soufeel, they responded very quickly and sent me a new wallet instead. But it also came with a defect and an even bigger one. I then contacted Soufeel and they replied that the keyboard had been tested before sending it out. And doesn't answer me anymore.

Do not buy. I repeat DO NOT. Scammers using fake site which says USA. They are in China. Customer service is a robot. I will be taking legal action against these people as they are refusing to return my money or send the item. They claim its sent by Australia post has no record or anything. Stay away from this lying company
