Today came the item that I had bought from this company.
It came in a completely damaged box that I paid 10 dollars for.
The company offered me a refund which I accepted.
Thereafter I also find out that the plaque (the main item that I have bought) has very visible scratches. Instead of offering me a replacement or something similar, company started bargaining with me on 5% refund from the original price. I had to settle for 12% refund as they would not give me any other form of compensation.
By far the worst experience I've had with a business. Really shameful to bargain with customers like this.
So sad that such a nice product had to be ruined and thereafter be so poorly managed by the company.

I have after writing this received a mail that offered me a replacement.
We will see how the replacement arrives.
I bought a thank you gift to my friend in US, but was informed to pick up the order. This is inconenient. I contacted the service and got the order delivered. Thank you for your service. The best is my friend love the gift, espeically the song we have in memory.
After recieving my order it was clear the quality was not acceptable, the item was unusable, but the rubbish reasoning I kept getting from "customer support" was worse.
Avoid using this company at all costs there are better ones out there.

I placed my order 5 days ago. I received an email to confirm my shipping address due to po box there, they helped me correct my shipping address. Today, I received a tracking email from the customer service Jessica to let me know the shipping details and etd. I'm quite happy they follow up and take a personal care about my order. Thank you!
I wasn't sure what to expect ordering from this company, as there are mixed reviews on every site. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a keychain last week (about 9 days ago) and it arrived today. I purchased standard shipping, which should have had the item here in 8-11 business days… it's only been 6, and the product even ended up coming before my boyfriend's birthday (which is amazing as it was intended to be his gift and I didn't think it would come on time).
Customer service was also very helpful, they sent the wrong link to track my package at first, but it wasn't a big deal because replied to my email promptly with the correct tracking site and code so I could find my package.
The quality of the keychain seems pretty good, one thing I would mention is that the exposure on the picture seems to be quite high, but it doesn't affect the look too much (that's my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Only time will tell the long-term quality of this item, but for now I am very happy with my product and with the service from this site.

This company makes products offshore, the service is terrible. They make your product incorrect, and then they tell you that they wont fix anything for free, the only way you can get them to make what you ordered is to pay them 30% of the whole bill. They refuse to refund or fix their own manufacturing mistakes, the customer pays for their mistakes. This company is dodgy and should be avoided!

Awful quality product.
Received some awful kind of canvas paper when I ordered a proper canvas to put on the wall.
When I contacted customer services, they made out that it was my own fault for ordering this when nowhere in the description does it say "printed on canvas paper"
After days of unhelpful communication with "customer service" I was offered a £4 refund on a £40 product.
Also, be careful at checkout as they add random things on so that you don't notice. My order went up £10 extra just before paying.

I received my socks, here is a picture of the socks with just one babys face when the socks I ordered were for multiple faces and supplied photo with more than one face. I contacted Soulfeel and they corrected the mistake to send a new pair. Althouth wrong product received, but I got prompt responses and they were quite willing to help me get the correct one. The service is great.

Esperienza terribile è dir poco.
Ho ordinato delle collane fatte a targhetta su cui sarebbe dovuta essere incisa la foto della mia mamma, defunta poche settimane fa. Era una collana che non vedevo l'ora arrivasse, non solo, ne ho ordinate 3 uguali e in più un braccialetto sempre con una foto.
La chiusura del braccialetto è difettosa, per non parlare delle collane.
L'immagine non si vede assolutamente perchè NON E' INCISA.
Contatto l'assistenza clienti per un rimborso, dato che ho ricevuto merce diversa dall'immagine sul sito loro e difettosa, fornendo foto sia della merce ricevuta che delle immagini presenti sul loro sito.

Mi è stato detto inizialmente che era un problema mio visivo e di luce, prendendomi così in giro, in seguito mi è stato detto che "è NORMALE CHE LE FOTO SUL SITO SIANO DIVERSE DALLA REALTA' PERCHE' IL SITO VIENE MODIFICATO APPOSTA PER ATTIRARE CLIENTI" così togliendomi la possibilità di fare il reso e ricevere il rimborso (dato che ho BUTTATO 100€), nonostante il mio caso rientri in quelli previsti nella loro politica di reso.
Prima di acquistare riflettete bene, se ci dovessero essere problemi, non avrete nessuna possibilità di reso o rimborso.

The calendar's position is not the best. The image looks good but it arrived today and was already lacking a portion of the layer on top. Overall, expected a better quality for the price paid, nevertheless I don't feel scammed since I ended up receiving something, but I am indeed disappointed and will surely rethink where to buy my next gift.
