My custom bobble head was done by a marker and didn't even remotely resemble the picture that i sent in. The website says 90 day guarantee but won't even give me an address to return. It says from the U. S but its not. Don't even try with their customer service, it is a waste of time. The only response you will receive is that the artist is happy with it. This website needs to be shut down!
When I ordered a mug I was prompted to select a photo, then crop it to fit inside the shape that would show up on the mug. There was a white line in the middle so I used a photo with 3 pictures in it, and cropped it so that 2 of the photos fit inside the boxes, 1 on each side of the white line. I received a mug with all 3 pictures uncropped on the front side and back side of the mug. I ordered a second item at the same time, went through the same process, and got the correct item with my photo cropped and positions how I submitted it, so I know that the mug is the result of an error. I contacted the support team and they told me that they are refusing to send me a corrected mug that looks like what I actually ordered. Give me a refund or give me what I ordered.

Literally the worst thing I've ever purchased. I wanted to get a 3D lamp for my mothers birthday, and it advertised a beautiful glass etching of whatever photo you provided. It took way longer than expected to get here, and when it did…. Awful. It's not glass, it's plexiglass, the etching looks like it was done by an eight year old. It's not even see through (hazy and scratched) and it doesn't even light up like it should, overall a horrible purchase. This 'company' should be ashamed of themselves. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered my husband's Fathers day gift. A "photo engraved" key chain. It arrives I open it up the photo is not engraved. It's a print slapped on a key chain. They won't send me what I ordered. I was told I can't send it back just because I don't like it. It's not that I don't like it. The problem is it is not what I ordered. They FALSE ADVERTISED an item and won't make it right. I have called- no response. Emailed that is where they told me basically I was out of luck. Tried messaging them on Facebook and got the same person from the email. They did offer me $5 refund. I'm not looking for a refund. I'm just trying to get what I ordered. This was not right. Bait and switch then tell you that you are out of luck.

So I saw the advertisement of a babble head dad for Father's Day online throu TikTok and decided oh wow I'll buy this for my husbands Father's Day/Birthday present. They asked for a picture so I sent it! Placed the order and a few days later it asked me to confirm the picture in which I did! When I opened the photo I was like omg this does NOT look like my husband and I spend a little over 109.00 with tax and all, including insurance just In case it broke on the way. So I replied and asked them that I did want the item but they needed to fix it and they replied saying that it was already made and it wasn't fixable and if I wanted to cancel the order they would charge me 30% of what I paid for. How is there job my mistake? How is that on me? At this point I want to Dispute the transaction because that's not cool. What company does this? Please do not buy anything from companies who want to charge you when it wasn't your mistake it was there's for not doing my babble head as it should! Going to add the photo so y'all can see that the head looks nothing like my husband. I'm so upset.

I ordered a gift in April and received it in time. I'm please with the detail work and the exceptional customer service. They replied to my inquiries within hours. Very helpful staff.
Never received my order, I told them it wasn't delivered and they basically told me "delivery company says it was, no refund, seek legal help'

I am very happy with the moonlamp and the photo looks great, the writing on the back was correct even although I made a mistake in the spacing. My only negative points are very long postage plus the packing box was all bashed and torn, a fragile sticker could have prevented this as I was expecting to open the box to a broken lamp, thankfully it's all intact and actually looks great while lit up.

This is the worst experience I have ever had online. If you purchase from this company you will regret it. I spent over $40 for a choker/necklace that could fit a 10 year old child. It is only 11.5" long and my neck is AVERAGE size of 14" for a choker. There aren't even different loops to be able to adjust the size. I have notified customer service to be told to put it higher on my neck. To which, I have and IT DOESN'T FIT. The product, itself is cheap and this place is scamming people out of their hard earned money. I WANT MY $ BACK.

I purchased a Keychain for Valentine's Day. And it was so beautiful maybe a month later my fiance showed me it was peeling and took it off his key chain. I asked to send a replacement I could just seal it myself or refund it. They offered me 5% on my next purchase. It didn't even last a month and customer service said I misused it and they wouldn't help me.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a personalised bobble head of my girlfriend as an inside joke. Her eyes are hazel the eyes on this were blue. Her hair is light brown the hair on the bobble head looked black as night. The sculpting was messy and like it could have just been made for anyone. Upon trying to return or switch the item customer service was rude and abrupt and said it could not be done. There is a reason why this company is so low rated online. They are terrible. Do not use them.

Purchased a bobblehead of my wife and I. Recieved the order and very very disappointed with the purchase. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE EITHER OF US!. Not even close. Contacted company to get a refund or at least to do them over but they replied that basically your photos are subjective to the sculpturer. "Some may see the likeness and others may not". Well I did not and everyone else showed agreed that they did not. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POT LUCK! You will definitely be dissapointed in the end. Less than 1 star

On January 27th I purchased this for a Valentine's gift. On Feb 8th I emailed customer service for an update on my purchase and I was told that my order was not shipped out because the personalized item did not pass the quality process and was sent back to production to be remade. They assured me it will arrive on Feb 22nd and apologized for the delay but said "at least it's better than sending an imperfect item." They said it was at the highest priority … well it never arrived!
I emailed them again and no response since.

I wish i could give zero stars but it won't let me! Almost a month late and according to customer service they look "good enough" and they won't fix them or give me my $ back! Completely worthless i can't put these figures out. Looks nothing like me and i have brown eyes not blue too my bf was turned him into a grandpa! A waste of money!

I spent near $150 dollars for customized bobble heads that look like 2 completely different people. I ordered January 20 for Valentines day and did not receive them until yesterday 2/24. This company is not in the USA and doesn't abide by returns or exchanges. I am now stuck with $150 dollar bobble heads that don't look like us. Look at good reviews. They are not in the US. Stay away.
