I had the worst experience shopping on line with soulfeel. They don't honor their Policy or their customers. I order a bobble head couple for Valentine's Day they sent me the stationary head. They made and sent the wrong order/ item and now they don't won't to refund me back all my money.
The web site states that the item would take up 2 to 4 days to "hand craft" and then shipping time. I paid for 6 day shipping, and for the "VIP" which was supposed to prioritize my item. 10 day passed without anything so I contacted the company and was told my item still had several days to wait for completion. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at which time they stated my item would be shipped on the 16th (a day earlier) and offered to refund my VIP. They then asked me to mark my complaint as resolved. However the item did not ship until the 17th, (the original late date). When my item arrived I gave it to the recipient only to be horrified to see 9 plastic blocks and poorly printed stickers. There is no mention of assembly on the website and the quality of the "photos" is grossly inaccurate. I would never recommend this company to anyone and plan on advising to avoid them

I placed an order December 9th figured it would be here before Christmas easily as the website said to do so. I never received my order every time I contact customer support they just tell me it's held up in customs or some random $#*!. This company has no customer service skills, worst company ever. The pricing was ok. Who wants to wait to long for an order. I understand it's a pandemic out there. This company failed to reach out when I said I wanted a refund. No updates on tracking the tracking number they give you is not a us tracking number. I REPEAT DO NOT USE

I ordered a blanket and spent an extra $25 to get express shipping, so it be only for 2-4 days. After 2-4 days passing and it never showed, I simply emailed them asking for a refund for on the express delivery and not on anything else, and of course a couple days later I get a long email back basically saying no. And at this point I'm still waiting on my package, because I don't get any updates on my orders like I signed up to, I don't think I'm ever going to get what I ordered. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.

I ordered a Valentines gift on February 2,2022. It is now February 21 and my order hasn't even been shipped yet, it is still under "processing." I was told by someone from their support group that the item takes 5 to 7 business days to make and 9 to 12 business days to get to me after shipped. If my calculations are correct I will receive my order over a month after I paid for it. Customer service representative's have a way of being nice but only to buy more time. They seem to be very comprehending but it's just so they can buy more time and calm you down. It is a China Based company so I fear that I am waiting all this time and my items will be crap! I should have done my research on them before purchasing, totally my fault. Hope this helps people stay away.

My Husband ordered a bobble head that should have looked like us. However, they messed up on me! We asked for our refund back multiple times but they wouldn't. They kept offering partial and that's not right! Oh and they also said, "you can paint the skin color yourself!" Are you freaking kidding me! This company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from here or you're regret it!

I ordered a personalised keyring and paid £30 for it to ensure it arrived within the 4-6 day timeframe. I have emailed them and they have given me a tracking number which does not work. I should have read the reviews, hope she likes Millie's personalised cookies as that is now all i can afford in the timeframe of 12 hours to quickly get something. This company is disgusting and the fact the replies to most poor reviews says "have a happy life" is a sarcastic kick in the face! Give it a few years and the company will be bust due to them having no idea how to run a business... then have a happy life soufeel... and shouldn't it be soulfeel or something that actually makes sense, think they missed out an L! Evidently very annoyed customer here.

The quality of these bubble heads exceeded my expectation. There was a tremendous amount of detail from the photo. They are nice quality. It's a very unique and fun gift.

The product is advertised to have a scannable code to a favorite song along with a photo you provide. Fair enough! I received the keychain which is cute and when I scanned the song (only with Spotify) an unknown artist instrumental appeared, along with at least a dozen other songs by various Asian artists, not the how it is presented at all. When I emailed customer service this is the reply I received (verbatim!) ""Thanks for contacting us.We made it exactly as you bought it, so where is the problem?

I made a order on January10,2022 I waited a week before getting a hold of anyone about the shipping information and someone responded a week later. I still haven't seen the package ups said it was shipped back to sender I tried to get a hold of them they will not do a refund but want to charge me all over again. It's now 02/09/2022 and I'm having to call the bank and do a hole dispute. Please don't waste your money or time with these guys!

I ordered a valentines bobble head and it came broken. I contacted company and they tried only reimbursing me 20%. I wanted a replacement but was told no because it was personalized and they then offered me 30%. I refused. The item came broken and it should have been replaced or I should have been given a full refund. This is poor business on their part and the said item was not cheap. Very disappointed and will not order from them again!

I ordered a box puzzle picture, but it shows you what you will get and how the box looks like, but what they don't tell you, is you have to put it together, which means it may not turn out perfect and they do nothing to rectify the mis selling of their product. It is not worth the money or time to try to put it together yourself. Don't get ripped off, I will report this to the BBB

Overall the quality was not worth the almost $90 I paid for this item. I was excited to get it for a gift. However, the base pieces look like they were scrapped together with cheap glue. One side of the head the hairline isn't finished and its significantly noticeable to the other. Even looks like the hairline was chipped and still shipped. Regret spending money on a business that was advertised so well. Quality looked good on the website so I thought it may be worth the money, absolutely not.
Never purchasing again.

So as you can already see from reviews there not an honest company. 9 times out of 10 items never arrive. So instead of writing just an other bad review I want to suggest something instead.
If you have been scammed by them go onto there facebook page, there tictok page and there Instagram page and leave comments stating that they are scamming people. Also report there pages to the platforms to help get them removed and hopefully saving someone else from making the same mistake. It's pretty much the only thing to do to fight back against them.

This company lied to me saying they sent out the package and I was waiting for the package for over a month, so I emailed them to see where my package was and they gave me a tracking number, so I look where my package was and it said package is still waiting to be receive! They didn't even sent out the package, They said it was sent out? Really! Should have tried Ordering from Wish at least I know it will be here in a month. Horrible Company

I ordered a key change. You are to scan it and it plays via a device that scans it the song you choose. It came with NO instructions to provide the person who the gift is for. I contact customer service as I downloaded their soufeel app and there's no where to scan it. They replied with a video that's an advertisement of the product bought. Back and forth... Still no instructions. Google it... And you have to download a third party app... Spotify in order to scan and play the song. Not everyone wants Spotify on their phones. They refuse to refund me as it's a custom gift. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company.
