Utter garbage customer service and business
Paid for an order a full week before the 23rd of December as it was a gift for my 90 year old grandma, it has still not arrived and now the inept customer service is talking about charging me 30% to refund me. I have said no twice on 2 emails, and they have proceed to suspend my order. Truly truly garbage company.

Was guaranteed delivery well before Christmas! It's Christmas Day and not only is it still not here the delivery service claims to have made several failed attempts which is a lie! I've been here all day everyday and my camera can even prove that! To rob people during Christmas you should face a firing line

Paid for an empty box

I ordered beginning of December and mid December I received an empty box. I know that mistakes happen so I contacted customer service for them to tell me they could get another one out and I would receive it in around 20 days due to needing to make another one and get it shipped out. I let them know that this was a gift and it will now not be received in time. I asked for a full refund. They told me that manufacturing is costly and that they would only give me a refund of the product and not for the product, shipping, and insurance that I paid for. They are telling me that I am losing $15 for receiving an empty box in the mail which is clearly not what I ordered. This is asanine to pay partially for something I never received. They can't even prove that it was ever made. There's no mock product of what I ordered, nothing. I can't call and I only receive emails from a customer service representative at around 3am. It takes a day for each correspondence. I've ordered from here before and did not have an issue but I will never order from here again due to needing to pay for their mistakes.

Complete scam
December 14, 2024

Placed an order and had a small error contracted then right away and they said they're unable to do anything to the order. I had to cancel the order and pay a restocking fee which was 25% of the order total. Will never order from this company again! STAY FAR SWAY FROM THEM!

Very Disappointed

I ordered 4 of the viewmasters to give as Christmas gifts. 2 of them do not work correctly, you cannot click and make the picture turn, they keep getting stuck resulting in the picture disc getting ripped. The other 2 have people cut out of the
Picture or heads cut off, even though I made sure the picture fit exactly into their specifications when adding them. I am now waiting for a response from the company. I will update my review once I receive the response.
Have gone back and forth over the last 10 days and the finality is, they want to send me replacement picture discs(2) even though all 4 are crap, they've gone ahead and produced them anyway and if I decline
They now want almost $30 from me for a restocking fee. I asked for a refund before I

Not worth it at all 👎 The picture area is very tiny and it's impossible to see it clearly with a naked eye. Also, looks not like on the website: on the website the picture area is like 5 times bigger. Looks cheap.

Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

No Refund

I ordered an ENGRAVED PICTURE ON A WALLET of my late Father n law for my husband for Father's Day from this garbage SOUFEEL COMPANY. I also had it engraved w a saying from the kids on the back of the wallet. When I received the wallet 2 weeks after Father's Day it was just a stupid pic that was just glued on and the engrave of the words in the back... well of course after contacting them they were no help of course and said that how I ordered it, I NEVER WOULDVE ORDERIT LIKE THAT AS IT LOOKS CHEESY and THERE ARE NO refunds... THIS PLACE IS IN CHINA WHICH I WASNT AWARE OF OR I NEVER WOULDVE BOUGHT THIS... they had the audacity to then say they would offer me the engraved wallet for more money I paid 45.00 plus vip priority I ordered this 2 weeks before Father's Day mind you... THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND GARBAGE QUALITY AND BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY...

I had my bank card compromised after making a purchase with this company.

I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there's.

They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care.

I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service.

I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared.

The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!

Dont waste your money!

Placed an order on january 15 (it was a valentines gift for my hubby) and the delivery time mentioned 5-7 days.
Today its March 3rd and still nothing.
I contacted their customer service, and the lady was very rude, they didnt helped me or could tell me when I would receive my items and mentioned, if I wanted a refund, they would only return 70% of my money.

I ordered a wallet at the end of December and payed about 50 bucks for the custom made wallet. It was expected to be at my address on January 4th. January 4th comes and I check the tracking number and it tells me it got to the wrong post office and the post office sent it back because my address was not one this post office ships too. I contacted the post office as soon as I had seen that it was there as it was the next town over only 5 Mintues from me I was going to have them hold it and I could come get it. Post office told me they can't do that and that they must send it back. I reached out to customer service on Soulfeel and described my issue and asked for a refund. They told me they can not give me to contact the post office. I told them I have already done that and the post office can not be of assistance. They also told me they can not give me a refund per " company policy " until the package returns to thier facility. I waited 6 weeks and kept contacting the customer service within reasonable time spans to see about a refund as it should have returned or may of gotten lost in the mail. They kept telling me I have to wait " days " as they put it and they refused to give me at least a estimate for how long so finally after that I messaged them again apparently they got the item back and " destroyed " the item and said that I can get a refund or they can remake it and resend it. But because I've waited so long and didn't want to maybe not get the package again I opted for a refund. They gave me the refund and told me to wait 7—20 business days for the refund to show on my account and they said " if the refund doesn't show in 20 business days to contact my bank or payment provider for further assistance" well we will see considering I used chime...

DON'T ORDER: Ordered a personalized bracelet for my partner for Xmas. It arrived and looked great but the latch broke within days. They sent me a replacement. New latch is working at moment BUT now the coloring is coming off the name tags and looks shocking after 3 days of wearing. So can't really wear either and all they can offer is a refund of 25%. REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Worst company with horrible customer service. I ordered a product over 40 days ago, added insurance as well as opted for Express shipping which promised delivery within 10 days. It's been 42 days, the shipping company they utilize doesn't seem legitimate (non existent email nor customer service) and Soufeel's customer service doesn't want to reimburse me although I payed for insurance and express shipping. HUGE SCAM. Don't buy from here

Complete Scam

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a product and still hadn't received it two weeks after it was supposed to have been delivered. I contacted customer service numerous times and all I got were automated emails and copy-and-paste responses max I asked direct questions about the tracking number and shipping company and was ignored. I asked for the situation to be escalated and was ignored. I reached out via their website and was twice told a manager would call me and I never heard anything either time. The products ship from China and the best I've been able to ascertain is that they use some shady Chinese company to get the products to America and then use USPS once the product clears customs but their shady Chinese delivery company doesn't have a functioning website and it seems like most packages get flagged by customs. It wouldn't be a big deal if they provided more accurate shipping estimates or responded to questions but they don't.
