Bought 2 print

Ordered 2 prints Frank lloyd wright pattern S02/S01 by Et meus-moi Both arrived in no condition to hang. I had to disassemble both, seat the glass, print and backing. Clips were bent over before the glass, under the prints, etc. Took only about 30 min to fix, but really-fire the person responsible for my order-any one else would have returned.

Every time I have ever had an issue with my order (which has only been about 3 times over the years I have bought things from this site) customer support is very fast in responding and addressing the issue right away, they always offer replacement at no additional cost. This is by far my favorite print on demand service and the great customer support makes me want to continue to shop on this site.

I had ordered a tank top from here and while the quality of the shirt was good it didn't fit right. When I contacted them about it I was refunded my money with no questions asked, they didn't even ask me to return the shirt. While I didn't get a shirt I am still giving this place a good rating because of their great customer service.

My shirts got shipped faulty as the logos were lopsided and I had to fight with customer service for a simple replacement. So I finally got a replacement that took nearly 4 weeks to ship and they are so big they fit me like a dress despite being a size S, so i got them tailored and got my money back, only to wash them once and have the logos come off completely. I will never order here again and i'm so disappointed in what the quality of this company has become.

I've ordered from them over the years and they've always been fine. But lately the items I've been getting from them have been of terrible quality. The men's t-shirts are fine, but the women's t-shirts are super flimsy and completely see-through. The stickers look like they've been printed on my grandma's home printer, and the bags are rough and the image quality is also terrible on those. I don't know what happened but I simply cannot keep giving them a chance.
Their only saving grace is that their customer service seems to be attentive but it doesn't seem like that has been everyone's experience.

I am so impressed with the great customer service, quick responses and easy ability for them to assist with what I desired. They were so happy to give my refund back and help me in any other way. Would recommend to friends and family and like to buy from here again, keep up the good work.

Ordered curtains that were supposed to be teal, turned out to be very blue and not even close to teal Paid customs on the import and now I'm required to pay return shipping as well, on a $500 order. This place is horrible. Do not buy.

Love lisianthus: The print is in very good condition. The inside is soft and soft, so I think I can protect my laptop well. The print is pretty and cute.
Playful paisley: Black-bottomed paisley and subsidiary materials go well together. The inside is also soft, so I think I can keep my laptop well.

I LOVE my throw pillows! They are exactly what I ordered and could not be a more perfect match to watch I saw online. I was nervous after reading all of the negative comments but I am so happy I ordered them. They shipped with in 10 days and I would totally order from them again.

Ordered several items... was told due to Covid19 it would taker longer to make. ( no problem with that!)

Received one item with a note in the shipment package that other items were delayed.

Received an email 3 Weeks later that other items are on its way... Still no items... no communication from society6.

Emailed society6 and received a " blanket" response that it is still Covid19 and products need to be made. The goods and resources aren't there to make the items
Due to the pandemic.

FUNNY... in the tracking system it shows items were shipped to me 3 weeks ago and on its way? Hummmmmm

The product quality of the pillows was super low, the customer service poor, and dont trust these 0-1 review account reviews: they are written by contractors or employees. This is crap.

I ordered a tapestry that was never received after waiting weeks. Customer service said it was "stuck." They offered to send a replacement, but with no deduction and no expedited shipping. The replacement again was late (past the 7-10 promised days), and they said it was stuck again, and it would arrive late "sorry," they said. Eventually a tube arrived a month later from the first time I ordered, and it was damaged, empty and had a missing end cap. All they said was "sorry, do you want a refund?" Any other company would have expedited my order out for free at this point, but all they offered was no product and a refund that would take 7-10 more days. I still have not received my refund. Very disappointed and will not order from here ever again.

Amazing customer service! I ordered 7 framed posters and one of the frames was different from the others and within 24hrs, someone wrote back not only confirming my refund for the incorrectly framed poster is on the way, but telling me to not worry about returning it and to keep or donate it!

Especially in a time like this pandemic, it's nice to know that some still want to do right by their neighbors. Thanks Society6. Truly second to none service.

Very Disappointed

I have been ordering from Sociey6 for years. I ordered a comforter, pillows and a clock. When the big box arrived the items looked nothing like the picture. I've been sending them e mails with no response. When I finally got a response. It wrote that they do not provide shipping. The shipping would cost me more than what I purchased. I had never had to return anything so I told all my friends about it.
We are under quarantine and they want me not only to pay for shipping, but go out which we cannot.

Terrible Service

After placing an order just 2 hours ago, I am unable even modify it. They are so afraid to lose the business that they claim the order can't be cancelled or changed. I have never heard of such a terrible and non customer service friendly policy ever.

At first, I had asked for a replacement of a blurry print with the blasé response of a customer service person literally not caring. I was past the 60 day return policy, however, I had felt bad before and didn't complain about the print quality because it wasn't "that bad", until I moved apartments and redecorated and just realized how awfully blurry the print was and wanting a clear one. Anyways, after sending another email, someone who actually cared followed up and refunded me fully, unable to send me a new one because the artists' resolution wasn't high enough. They should really check that before offering large prints in all photos. Anyways, now that I feel heard and helped by customer service, I would recommend them and recommend checking that your print is ok and if not, request a new one right away.

I ordered both a large print and a medium print. Both were extremely blurry and look super low quality. Unfortunately I didn't complain soon enough and they don't care. I would order from another site that guarantees the quality of their prints.

I love the quality, the awesome staff and the helpfulness. They have excellent products and we have never been anything short of impressed. Literally we have two full drawers of their t-shirts in our dresser!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered three framed prints with matching frames for and received the wrong frames on my prints. (2 were a very light brown colour and one a dark brown.) I reached out and told them and they sent a replacement item which was the same item in the dark brown colour and it was damaged. I contacted them again and they were not able to tell me what colour frames I received even though I sent pictures of everything... so even if I wanted to purchase the correct colour frame so they would all match I wouldn't know which one to order. I asked for them to send me 3 matching frames to make it right and they said they could not guarantee what I would receive. They reimbursed me but I am out of pocket all of the customs charges I paid for the original and replacement order... which they will not reimburse for. Do not order from them!
