So far this is my first purchase and if this company does give me a refund for these worthless towels I will never order from them again. Terrible customer relations which makes it a bad company to do business with. These towels have ruff areas and look like they were used. Not what I ordered. Can't get anyone to contact me to tell me how to send them back. I will call the BBB and Federal trade commission and report them.
I ordered 6 River Rock bath mats which arrived in 2 shipments rolled so no creases and flattened out nicely! They match my River Rock Bsth & Hand Towels and Clock and look beautiful with my new stone floor and counters! The mats are small but nonslip and ok thickness and very vibrant! The bath towels are really large bath sheets and the hand towels larger than regular and beautiful! I wish Society 6 had a better & more interactive website where I could write reviews and better track orders but mine arrived within days and are beautiful- especially the $50 River Rock Floor Pillow! I bought a simple gift card and never arrived. Customer support never fixed my problem and it was as simple as sending an email. Worse customer support.
I order 2 coffee thermal mugs and was disappointed that the pattern did not wrap around well - there was a distinct line where it ended. I was also charged $12. Duty frees that were additional cost that was not described when purchasing. The total cost was way over what the mugs were worth.
I ordered a comforter from Society 6 and it was 76" x 76" instead of 79" x 79" as indicated on their website — way too short for a full-sized bed. After much bad customer service, they finally decided to send me another one. Again, it was 76" x 76." I contacted them again (by email—you cannot contact them via phone) and they said they would refund my money. They also said if I didn't get the refund, I should dispute the charge with my credit card company. What kind of retailer tells you that? Six weeks later, still not refund, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company — and much to my surprise, Society 6 challenged the dispute! This is insane. All in all, a terrible experience. In the email communication with Society 6, I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of teen-agers — and that's probably an insult to teen-agers. These guys are either bumbling or unethical... I'm not sure which.
Bought a blanket with a fairly geometric design, with an emphasis on the colors. Importantly, the design was shown in matte color. When the blanket arrived, it had a very cheap sheen to it, and the white of the base blanket shows through if you run your hand against the grain of the fabric. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it looks very cheap, given the price. I'll give it 2 stars because even though the blanket is very thin and small, it is soft. Will not buy from society6 again.
I ordered the small folding stool. All that was shipped was the square of fabric that is the seat; no frame to put the fabric on. I informed them that the wooden frame was not shipped. I was told that is was back ordered for 6 weeks because of the high demand. 8 weeks later, still no frame. At this point, I asked for a refund- 3 times. NO ONE has responded to me. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. BUYER BEWARE.
Don't recommend this company. I spent 120$ on a comforter that was poorly sewn. All I did was place it on the bed and the seams completely opened at one side exposing the filling completely. Had to break out the sewing machine to fix it myself. Ridiculous
I've ordered from Society6 before and had no problems. I was updating my room and was excited to order a tapestry. I found one that I liked and placed my order. It came quickly, but I had to pay customs. When I opened the order, the quality was terrible. I am professionally trained as a graphic designer and noticed immediately that the image had been blown up and stretched from a smaller size resulting in a pixelated image. I emailed them and they told me they would send a replacement. I was hoping it was just printed incorrectly, but sure enough, the second one arrived and was in the same condition. I had to pay customs on this tapestry too! They didn't even mark it as a replacement item, that's how careless they are.
They finally refunded my order, but refused to refund me for the customs, that I paid, twice.
So, now I am out $40 and I do not have a tapestry. I would also like to note that the tapestry is still up on their site! You would think they would have investigated what happened and removed the defective tapestry from their website. No quality control whatsoever. Horrible products. They don't care about customers.
I received a picture of RGB with a chipped frame obviously shipped out in that condition. I received a cutting board mad of plywood, which is not food safe due to chemical additives that glue layers together. Food prep boards have to be solid wood, the "artwork" on it was such a bad print job, the words ran of the side, so the phrase was illegible. They refuse to send a return shipping label for their flawed products. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Don't waste your money on anything there. Just light it on fire. Same wasted result.
The only thing I was deceived about was the extra 30$ for border duty that end up costing more then I expected. But once received I fell in love with the unique design and good quality of fabric. It is a thin comforter but I prefer it that way in winter I always add layers anyways. Really happy with the results. And the pillow is really "puffy ".
While I like the products, I had a problem with using a promotion code and they insisted on emailing back and forth and wasting my time with no positive result. I requested a phone call but that hasn't happened. A phone call would have probably solved the problem. Now I am totally frustrated with the company and will no longer purchase from them! Clearly, they aren't really interested in the customer!
This company has lost my trust, and certainly my business. I ordered two sets of duvet covers, a $237 cost, from Society6 and decided to return them. I contacted Society6 asking about their return policy. For several days I got no answer, so I sent them back via UPS at a cost to me of over $30. Then I got an email suggesting I not bother returning them, and keep or donate them to a charity. (Kind of a weird & surprising response!) I was also told a refund had been made and would show up as a credit within 7-10 business days. Those dates have passed, and still no refund!
We ordered a summer deck chair from Society6 on July 8,2020. After we paid, we learned that the order would NOT ship when promised. We complained. Society6 gave us a very small partial refund, 10%. We thought that was responsive; we were wrong (as explained below). On July 17 Society6 advised that the shipment would be even more delayed, now the summer chair would arrive at the END of August. On August 20 Society6 advised the shipment would be delayed AGAIN, we would not be receiving our summer chair until the summer was over. We tried to cancel the charge on our credit card online and we could not do so because of the partial refund. I suspect Society6 knows that the partial refund makes it harder to cancel the credit card charge, and that is why Society6 was so willing to issue a partial refund. If we had known that we were ordering a summer chair that would take MORE THAN 2 MONTHS to deliver, we would not have ordered it.
Please if u are reading this RUN AWAY this place is a scam everything is cheap I'm so damn mad I spent all this money when I should have went to target instead RUN
I had ordered the wrong sized tapestry and made a request to go through with an exchange. Instead, they refunded the ordered without question so I could place an order to get the tapestry in the right size. I will be ordering a lot more from them. Also the product I receive, all though the wrong size, was amazing quality and beautiful!
Buyers BEWARE! I bought curtains from this company. When they arrived, they were very cheap looking like they were printed on a machine at a carnival. They do not pay for return shipping (their website does not say this anywhere). It cost $34 to ship back their product which does NOT resemble the picture. Go somewhere else that honors a return for being unhappy with their product.
The pattern isn't even completely on the yoga mat. The lotus on it is off center and looks blurred on certain areas. There is also a very pungent odor to the mat that will hopefully go away. Had the lotus been completely on the mat and CENTERED, this would have been a perfect yoga mat purchase.
I ordered a shower curtain and a hand towel. The shower curtain came damaged and when I asked for a replacement they responded to me immediately and sent a new one free of charge. The shower curtain is okay, but for the amount of money I spent on it I'm surprised by how crappy the quality is. I feel like the image on it wasn't meant to be blown up so huge and there were some artifacts in the colors that look a little like oil stains. The curtain itself is average quality. The towel I ordered is garbage. Totally different color from what was pictured on the website. The material is cheap and the white underside of the fibers is showing through making it look threadbare and worn, brand new out of the packaging. Including shipping I paid $16 for it, and upon seeing it it's something I wouldn't pay more than two bucks for. They did refund my money though, just a couple hours after I complained. They definitely curate their reviews on their website. No way anyone could receive a towel of this quality for the price they charge and be happy about it.

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States. I would definitely recommend checking with Canadian Customs to see what the requirements are for charging duties and break your order up into smaller orders.
