I ordered two duvet covers & four pillowcases back in November to be shipped to the UK. They were then lost by the shipping company. Customer Services (via Live Chat) were very helpful and arranged for replacements to be sent - when they did arrive, the printing was vivid & good quality. Now I have some unique (for UK) and beautiful bedding in bright colours - most shop choices atm are too boring. Would use again.
This company is a bit of a scam. The product I received was made so poorly that I am returning it and hopefully will get a refund. The printing process they used is clearly not monitored. The colors bled. The fabric of the shower curtain was awful. Definitely not worth the high price at all. I can find better products elsewhere. Look elsewhere.
I paid £165 for a rug they ripped me off they are not rugs but mats with a printed design didn't even get back time when I complained
We ordered a cabinet pictured as grey wood with a white/grey marbled front. They shipped us an guly PURPLE marbled cabinet with ugly yellow plywood sides and top. It looks SOOOO BAD in our house I don't even want to look at it. We reached out to customer service and they said they'd let us know at a later date if they could do anything to correct the issue, and we haven't heard back. As I take more of it out of the box I can't believe we spent over $600 on this rip-off.
I googled a product to buy and found Society6. I created an account, competed the online order form, and applied a discount. I provided credit card numbers, shipping and billing addresses, and a valid phone number. I submitted my order. The next morning my card had been charged but there was no confirmation or order number. For days my email has been bombarded with further discount offers on that order, but the only way to apply a discount is to resubmit the order, which is very likely to trigger a duplocate charge. Email replies bounce back; I can find no customer service contact information on the website. Now I will be contesting the charge. Bad on you Society6, and bad on you Google for promoting ads for an unreliable vendor with opaque customer service.
I ordered some throw pillows with inserts. They look terrible. The covers are ill-fitting over the pillow inserts and the fabric is thin and washed-out looking and NOTHING like the colors pictured online. I would not order from this site again. The jury is still out on the returns process, but I am guessing they are going to suck in that area too. I paid a fortune in shipping because their shipping fees are per item and not scalable to larger orders.
Guaranteed my item before Christmas it is now 2 weeks later no item. Terrible customer service! I will not be refunded for my item they are instead sending it to me AGAIN where it will not arrive until mid January. I reached out to the company VIA customer service email and on their live chat and was ignored. Horrible horrible horrible. I would never order from here again because it feels like a scam. They cannot guarantee you anything and will not help you when their "guarantees" fall through.

Of course there is NO customer service number. I emailed customer service telling them they have the wrong shipping address and to change the address or cancel the order and I received an email saying they could do NEITHER. I received another email shortly after saying my order had shipped to a strangers address 100 miles away. What $#*!s.
I have never had a worse experience with shipping than I have with this company. They use two different shipping carriers just to have it shipped out USPS. And they hold on to packages in shipping facilities for several days for no reason. Shipping was promised to be here on the 24th before Christmas and now I'm being told that is not even going to get here until the 28th 4 days later than I was promised. Do not understand why they allow their shipping carriers to hold on to packages for 3 days and a shipping facility without it shipping out. If I would have known this before I would not have purchased anything from them. And just would have went with Amazon at least I know that they can ship stuff correctly.
Paid $45 for Express shipping never received it, customer service is non existent refund takes 2 weeks will never use again. Can't even talk to a live person
I recently purchased a throw as a Christmas gift for my best friend, who is the ultimate St Louis Cardinals fan. This throw features one of the beautiful Budweiser Clydesdales. The throw is beautiful, soft, thick and cozy. I am thrilled with the quality, it arrived ahead of schedule, and I can't wait for my friend to see it.

Back in the Fall, I was thrilled to find a site with many shower curtains to choose among.
I ordered 2 so I'd have a choice.
I waited several weeks, had several emails (there's NO CS tel.#) and eventually they arrived. Or one did. The other one was wildly wrong. More emails, requests for pix: what I'd ordered vs what I got.

Eventually, they told me to throw the hideous one away & they'd send the other one.
NOPE. Waited awhile & got a duplicate of the 1st one I'd ordered. More emails, more pix requests, more pix of original order.
Supposedly() they're sending the other one from my original order. Almost Xmas and still no 2nd curtain
AND if I happen to like either one or none, I'm assuming I'll need to mail back at my expense, per their unfriendly return policy.
If you find this confusing to read, imagine the time I wasted & the ridiculously long emails sent back & forth. NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered with far more than enough time to get this by christmas (ordered on 11/26), but it was never shipped even though it said it was (I got a "It shipped!" email on 11/29). When I contacted for help (11/13) I was told I could get a refund or replacement and I wanted a replacement since this was a very important gift, but with faster shipping so it would be here in time for christmas (I ordered WEEKS in advance) I was told that I could not get it shipped to me with faster shipping, which I find to be ridiculous and poor customer service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this site.
I ordered a pillow through society6. The pattern on the pillow looks like the printer was running out of ink. I wrote a review but don't know if it went through. I tried to see it but "forgot my password" so I clicked forgot my password to reset, but they never actually send you an email. Also, their website is really bad. I typed in the exact description of the pillow from my purchase but it is nearly impossible to find the item. I actually have to go off their site and onto the web to find it.
I ordered a duvet cover and it cheap and made so poorly. It is made of 2 sheets! Duvet covers should be made from somewhat heavier material not thin sheets. They are sewn together so poorly that the seams pucker (see pic below). DO NOT waste your money. They are so thin that I don't know that I would even use them as sheets on a bed. I wanted to put a heavier comfort inside but it shows through so I would have to go buy a new one that is white.
Within two days of ordering from Society6, I had two separate fraudulent charges on my credit card (one for a toothbrush company and the other to Saks) totaling almost $900. The Society6 website was the only place I had used my card, so the fraud happened either from the website or from the seller, not sure which. Definitely avoid purchasing from the Society6 website!
After receiving notification that my item, a cell phone cover shipped, after 1week the status said "it was in route" to shipping company. Customer service gives responses like " our suppliers are all over the world." 1 month delivery time is ridiculous. Don't use them, if you want your item in a reasonable time.

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States. I would definitely recommend checking with Canadian Customs to see what the requirements are for charging duties and break your order up into smaller orders.
