No stress I completed my booking within 2 to 3 minutes with ease
I went your Canadian dollar web. Bought a fight ticket. And it was still in Canadian dollars amount when I paid by my Canadian credit card. But I got the bill from credit card charged me in USD dollars. And I had to pay extra about $100 Canadian more. It's not fair to me as a customer. I am not going to use your company anymore. Upset.

Too much info in the booking site and when its finally done you get to see that the price you contract its not the same you are charged. Dont know if this is because of the exchange rate or what it is... definetly dont like it.

They didnt respect the price and didnt let me boom and when i called they lied and said the flight is full which wasn't but the price became up, and later i booked another flight and they didnt send me the confirmation email and tried to make me pay more and when i started to fight they sent me the confirmation email

Buenos días realmente la experiencia fue mala mi tiquete valia 2.800.000 y me cobraron 3.900.000, porque por mi error separe sillas al llamar a que me hicieran la devolución dure 1 hora y 30 y el señor no entendía después llamo y al final me dijo que me devolvían lo de las sillas pero aun estoy sin la certeza de saber si si lo devuelven pues no recibí ningún correo con la certificación de esa devolución que tristeza

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
