Different date selected than requested, then reservation just canceled because, after reservation confirmed "there were no seats available at that price." No recourse. Very rude customer service.
I had to cancel flexible ticket option which I click by mistake. So I called the number on the page. I waited less than a minute as it was promised. I was assured that it would be canceled and money would be refunded. Still waiting for returned money back on my card. Hoping that the refund will appear within few days.

When I saw the ticket was cheaper than other sites than I was little skeptical and thought it may be a scam site or may be like other site who advertise cheaper fare and when you ready to book fare will jump by few hundred bucks or like they will charge extra credit card fees, but I was wrong it was smooth experience. Received the confirmation email right away and ticket number and confirmation from airline in 5-6 hours. Also they called to see if I need any other services like hotel or car. It was pleasant experience.

I used this site once for international trip, and because of its failure, some letters were deleted from my name, which caused me to lose my reservation and money. When I tried to contact them to help me, they did not interact in a professional manner and asked me to book again and pay again. So I contacted the airline company and the problem was solved directly with them as well. I later discovered that the duration of the trip I had booked appeared on their website as 33 hours, but in reality it was about 43 hours.
Conclusion, it is the worst website I have ever dealt with in my life.
