When I finished I was super surprised to see an email from SmartFares as this is the first time I've purchased anything and received an email from them. I guess it's no big deal, and I'll have to wait until my trip to see if there are any real problems. My concern is that if I need to find my confirmation information, I'm not going to remembered to search "SmartFares" to find the email with the information in it. Just more for me to remember. I went your Canadian dollar web. Bought a fight ticket. And it was still in Canadian dollars amount when I paid by my Canadian credit card. But I got the bill from credit card charged me in USD dollars. And I had to pay extra about $100 Canadian more. It's not fair to me as a customer. I am not going to use your company anymore. Upset.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
