I was on Kayak trying to book a ticket as I've done many times in the past. When I finished I was super surprised to see an email from SmartFares as this is the first time I've purchased anything and received an email from them. I guess it's no big deal, and I'll have to wait until my trip to see if there are any real problems. My concern is that if I need to find my confirmation information, I'm not going to remembered to search "SmartFares" to find the email with the information in it. Just more for me to remember. I went your Canadian dollar web. Bought a fight ticket. And it was still in Canadian dollars amount when I paid by my Canadian credit card. But I got the bill from credit card charged me in USD dollars. And I had to pay extra about $100 Canadian more. It's not fair to me as a customer. I am not going to use your company anymore. Upset.
