When I canceled my tickets they didn't refund the relevant amount of money. ($740 is stolen from me)
I bought my tickets and they sent me confirmation email. But after 24 hours they sent me this "We would like to let you know that your reservation didn't go through due to the change in fare from airlines as fares are dynamic in nature."
I MAKE MY DECISION TO BUY ON YOUR PAGE FOR THER PRICE, ONLY FOR THE PRICE. THAT´S YOUR VALUE OFFER. HOWEVER, THE NEXT DAY I CALLED TO ASK FOR THE E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE INTINERARY AND THE TICKETS BUT THE UNEXPECTED ASNWER WAS THAT I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA COST OF USD150.00. NEVER AGAIN
Very bad customer service. I made an initial reservation which had some problems, and customer service via chat seemed to be buying time so that the booking would be charged before my problem was solved, resulting then in more money to solve it. They even initially misinformed me about their 24 hr free cancellation policy. I tried cancellation by phone and they hung up on me twice. Site is ok.

Same thing happened this week! Flight not confirmed and I think that this is not a real travel website! It is very concerning! When you call it is always a different agent and they can never help all they want is for you to book a flight with a far more expensive fare. Disgraceful to have plans cancelled twice within the last 2 months!

Their website said you can get a refund for free within 24 hours, then suddenly they were like "oh there's a fee for that". Then they refused to send me any email confirmation of the cancellation. Also they charged me in USD though it was showing i was being charged in CAD, even though the original airline was charging in CAD.
Not worth dealing with them. They had to be negotiated with every step of the way.

Be very careful with this crap page, today they wanted to scam me and they still haven't returned my money! They made me pay for a ticket that was worth $204, then (5 minutes later) they told me it had gone up, to $298.12 and when I paid the $298.12 amount they told me I had to pay an EXTRA $265 if I wanted my ticket. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they want to rob people, THEY HAVE NOT YET GIVEN MY MONEY BACK
They are scammers! Do not buy on this page! I bought a Lima-Miami-Lima ticket and when I went to the airport I was surprised that this flight did not exist, moreover, it never existed! When I contacted them, they denied their guilt and never returned my money, much less gave me another ticket in exchange. I am looking to be able to sue them for fraud. DO NOT BE FOOLED! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE CRIMINALS SCAMERS!
