The worst company literal one year and still they don't resolve my case. One year! They are rude, they always said I promise in 24 hours we are going to resolve this matter. Don't do business with them.
People don't use this website. They are scammers. They took $195 from me for 22 kg luggage allowance, while in the airport we found our allowance is only 5 kg. When we contacted them they asked for 500 dollare to fix the problem and said that the airline has changed their policy over night. They lied, I was AT the airline check-in. They will never give you a refund for scamming you.

I had booked my flight tickets last March 2022 and my flight is not until November 2022 and so far there had been 2 changes made already! The first time it changes I didn't mind it because it was still doable but the second time it was changed, it is not possible at all! They change my connecting flight to a time that departs even before I land. So how would that be possible for me to catch my connecting flight when I am still inside the plane and did not land yet? And so I called the customer service and ohhh they are willing to assist me as long as I pay the difference which is $400 for both tickets. And of course I wasn't just gonna pay it because I wasn't the one that requested the change! I mean if they would have at least change it to a flight that I am able to catch or a layover I would understand and might work with them! So yeah they didn't assist me at all. They are like pay the flight difference or just cancel the flight, and so I ended up cancelling my flights even though it wasn't fully refundable I'd rather take the loss than give them more of my money! I am never booking with SMARTFARES anymore! Andddd ohhh to receive the refund it might take up to 2 months! So far it's been a month and I have not received it yet.

Booked ticket a month ago for a low fare had confirmation # and i.d. number leaving for my trip tomorrow and there is no ticket called smart fare and they said my ticket went up in fare and would not issue my ticket at what I paid. They said they called and emailed several times which they didn't. Now I have no ticket and they are charging me a cancelation fee of $50 for a flight they say I did not book or as they it was booked but now I'm canceling it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A FRAUD!
Terrible Customer Service. I booked a Flight through the website, and I was offered a good discount. Then I got a call from you guys, saying we cannot offer you a discount please pay the full amount. I had to cancel the ticket and I am still waiting for the refund. Remember you guys asked to cancel the ticket and the customer service agent said I would receive the refund in the next five minutes? It's been more than 24 hours and I am still waiting.

The customer agent lied and blamed it on the airlines. At least be honest and own your mistake. Accept it and move on. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend anyone to use these cheaters.

They tried to overcharge me on a delayed flight! They assumed it was cancelled when it wasn't at all, and asked me to buy a new ticket!
(And didn't even notify me about ti, had to find it out with my partner's booking)

When I canceled my tickets they didn't refund the relevant amount of money. ($740 is stolen from me)
I bought my tickets and they sent me confirmation email. But after 24 hours they sent me this "We would like to let you know that your reservation didn't go through due to the change in fare from airlines as fares are dynamic in nature."
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
