Easy and quick. This is a very good place to use for traveling to florida as i am. i have used other travel sites but this one is my prefered place to go for my travel needs. I will be telling my friend and family about smart fares instead of those other more difficult sites out there.
Overall, the experience was fast and efficient, but I was not able to make a selection anywhere to check a bag. Not so great. Then when I called smartfares to resolve the issue, they said the cost of the ticket would increase by $180.
Easy to use the sight and staff wonderful. I was able to find a great flight first time end. No more revisiting sites day and night!
On Jul 22,2022 noon, I booked 2 tickets from BGO to KEF on Aug 1,2022. It said it will take 24 hours to confirm and up to 72 hours if weekend. I waited until 1:00 pm on Jul 25, I still did not get confirmation. I sent several email to them and no response. International call is expensive. I had to ask my friends in USA to call them that pushed them to send confirmation email. Because I had not received confirmation, I could not arrange my next trip. It massed up my travel plan. Before booking from them, think my experience.

I booked with them because I saw that they had the cheapest price. Only to wait hours to not receive my booking information but an email saying that my flight wasn't able to be booked and to reach out for assistance. I reached out and The booking agent on the line tried to convince me to book a much more expensive flight that I had no intention of booking after I requested my refund. He Argued back and forth with me trying to tell me what I should do with my money and got weirdly defensive when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I've never received such bad service in my life before. I was honestly baffled. Don't book with them. Their a joke. They will try to swindle you out of your money and their customer service is terrible. At least I did finally get a refund.
So far so good. This reservation became quite the ordeal. They did correct the error BUT it took too long!

After finding out I was charged 2 times I asked for a refund. I was told yes you would get a refund of the money but it would take 7 to 14 days. I was not happy about the time it took, so I expressed my dissatisfaction of this. I was told if I argue with the person I was talking to then he will make sure it would take anything up to 1 year. I put the phone down and dis continued the conversation. My bank has taken up the situation now with yourselves.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
