I was not happy about the time it took, so I expressed my dissatisfaction of this. I was told if I argue with the person I was talking to then he will make sure it would take anything up to 1 year. I put the phone down and dis continued the conversation. My bank has taken up the situation now with yourselves.

Have to pay in US Dollars, price turned out dearer than Rex who is a good company you can not ring if you have a problem unless you have international dialing most of us don't. I Buy a ticket AND It wasnt booked, AND they didnt gave me all my money back. A FRAUD dont ever Buy anything in there

Fast response easy booking great customer help. I had an error on the ticket but adding the seat selection and didn't realize the price was not shown till end. Ask to refund it back and was thankful they did with good customer satisfaction
