This people are a scam. They are fast to pick up the phone, but never they give you a right answer. They have been saying that they made a mistake issuing a ticket that I had NOT CONFIRMED and would refund me the money in 3-5 days, and after 10 calls with the same excuse, nothing has happened. You ask to speak to a manager/supervisor and they ask why and refuse to transfer the call. They even sent me the ticket confirmation only after I saw the charge and made the first call. They claim they are in California, but NONE of the people I have spoken to speak English as first language and don't even know the area where they claim to be in. Who knows where these people are located. DO NOT BUY from them!

BOTH TIMES THEY CONTACTED ME AFTER THE FACT TO PAY MORE FOR THE TICKET I HAD JUST PURCHASED. THE SECOND TIME I HAD TO PAY MORE (disputing with American Express) TO HAVE THEM OUT US BACK ON MY ORIGINAL RETURN FLIGHT. WHEN THEY DID THAT, THEY CANCELLED MY BUSINESS UPGRADE THAT I HAD PAID THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY FOR. TRYING TO RESOLVE WAS IMPOSSIBLE. HERE IS THERE RESPONSE: $6,800 for the same ticket I could buy at ghat exact same time online for $1,900.00.

Pure scam web-site. They never send you assigned seats. They will charge you for any change or cancellation, even when airline cancels with full refund. They never update with cancel flights. Will contact u days after flight was cancelled and offer fracture what u paid, even when ticket was fully refundable. They will start from demanding $120 for "seats you requested" (though you never did) saying it's airline what "otherwise would not release the ticket"... it's never airline. They lie. And then lie more. They don't mind sounding and look fishy considering the second you ask for refund- they will scam u on hundreds of dollars with made up excuse. Hundreds of same reports online. It's scam. Call your credit card and dispute right away.

Booked two flights for a total of $850.00 never received a confirmation so I called a few days later, they informed me the airline cancelled my flight and I would have a refund in 10-15 days. The refund never came, customer service is rude and barely speaks english, just called again and was told my refund was sent, it never was! Happily getting my states Attorney General involved now to recover my money from this joke of a business, thankfully once that's done I can pursue civil action against this company for the financial and emotional distress they have caused.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
