It was really nice, easy and fast during the transaction

Booked two flights for a total of $850.00 never received a confirmation so I called a few days later, they informed me the airline cancelled my flight and I would have a refund in 10-15 days. The refund never came, customer service is rude and barely speaks english, just called again and was told my refund was sent, it never was! Happily getting my states Attorney General involved now to recover my money from this joke of a business, thankfully once that's done I can pursue civil action against this company for the financial and emotional distress they have caused.

Clicked on Priceline from CheapTickets site with several Agency Choices. I clicked on Call for better deals. Their website stated Refunded if Cancel by 24 hrs. I booked a ticket with the Agent for India. I canceled within 4 hrs. I was entirely refunded. Then several days later my Card was charged $770. I Called the # on the debit charge to ask what Agency it was bc their name wasn't on the charge. I had no idea that I was sent to a different Agency. I assumed I was calling Priceline. When I called this number I was told smartfares. I was hungup on twice when I tried asking about these new charges. Before I was charged $770, they charged me $25 for a Pet passport & then refunded it back. Everytime I call now I get hungup on. They stole $770! Beware! I don't have any idea how I can get my stolen money returned but I'm going to report them to FBI Fraud. I can't add a pic bc I never booked or confirmed a ticket for $770. I did add the original amt refunded. The name on the newer charges is Cfnamerican Air with the number: *******360ca Payment: $770.86

It was great, the web page was easy to work with. It was a good price. I recibe email with all the details right after I book my fly. It was a great price much better than other companies, from now on SamartFeres is my favorite.

Be careful there scammer they took my credit and never issue the ticket I'm waiting for my refund because they never issued my ticket none the price is up they want me to pay different over $300 for tickets they are the worst I ever deal with please be wear of this scammer

I bought a ticket for $727 the had some issues the day of travel the airline placed a hold on my ticket so I don't lose it. I called Smartfares to reschedule another flight and they were charging me $660 more saying the airline penalty is $200 and difference in fare is $460, I checked the airline and tickets were for $616 for the day I wanted to travel. Everytime I called them I got a different price until they started cutting off my calls, putting down the phone with the lines open saying they're transferring me to Chloe, anyway I called the airline directly explained the situation and paid $50. Please do not use them they're thieves. Some Indian scammers. Is there a rating below 1? I'd give them 0

Horrible, worst experience ever. If I could, I wouldn't leave stars. They are scammers and hang up on you. They do not want to return my money at all ay un Dios que todo love.

We booked our once a year family vacation to Cancun.
SmartFares emailed us that they would issue our tickets 24 hours before the flight. At the last minute I called the airline to add infant in arms and was told my reservation did not exist.

SmartFares said they never bought our tickets because there was not enough seats on the plane. And that all sells are final regardless of the airlines issuing tickets or not. We lost our entire vacation(hotel, rental car, everything over $5000 worth). The children are devastated.
A complete scam which ruined our whole family from being able to go on vacation this year.

This website is a SCAM! I thought from reading the reviews on TrustPilot that SmartFares was reliable, but they are NOT! The airline cancelled one of my flights due to a thunderstorm and I tried to get a refund for this one flight, instead the agent cancelled ALL of my bookings without telling me and I only received half of what I paid. I'm very upset and distraught because I bought these tickets months ago and now I have to rebook my flights at a much more expensive price. Please beware and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
