Do NOT use this company, they are scammers. They pretend to book your flight take your money and send you a phoney schedule. I was left stranded in Gatwick with no such flight, rang them and was told they could put me on a flight the next day, demanding another 332 US dollars. They then took it from my account without permission. I imediately cancelled my my flight (or lack of) and have demanded my money back and now everytime i call they put the phone down on me. I fear i will never see my money again.

Yo realicé la compra de 4 tiquetes de viaje por casi 900 dólares este fin de semana en esta agencia a la cuál llegué por le buscador Sky Scanner. Nunca me mandaron los tiquetes. Además, me dijeron que para poder enviármelos debía pagar 480 dólares por los 4 y que si quería cancelar debía pagar 150 d por persona. Los asesores son groseros y te persuaden para que pagues metiéndote miedo de perder el dinero, cuando no accedes a pagar te cuelgan y luego de llamar muchas veces y hablar con distintos asesores (cada uno me decía que debía pagar una tarifa diferente). Cuando vuelves a llamar y se dan cuenta que eres tú te cuelgan o se quedan callados. Es una asquerosidad de página. Yo ya denuncié esto, pero lo mas posible es que haya perdido mi dinero :(. Les aconsejo que mejor compren sus tiquetes directamente con la aerolínea, no caigan como yo caí.

I purchased a ticket from them due to COVID-19 my flight was cancelled my ticket was $1500 they said they will give me $600 due to the airlines refund, and when a called the airlines they told we gave the SmartFares the full amount since 04-30-2020 I didn't receive any money and never called.

Well, I bought a flight ticket but, on that day, when i went to the airport the flight was cancelled no e-mail was sent to notify me, So I was trying to get my money back with no luck they started to blame the air line, so short story is I lost my money no resolve from smart fare they are no good stay away buy direct from airline.

I purchased my ticket in April, they scammed me with one leg of the ticket and never issued the departure ticket. I called them 20+ times w/o a resolution, everytime I call they ask for money to fix and claim the airline cancelled the initial flight. I call the airline they tell me not to pay. Never ever deal with smartfares.

Booked a reservation for June 17 2022 for a Flight with Czech Airline. Received the confirmation number. Tried to see the reservation on the Czech system. Not found!. Contacted by chat Smart Fares and they gave me another reservation code and told me that the flight was cancelled by Czech Airline. NO NOTIFICATION RECEIVED! They cannot refund me because the reservation is active with Czech Airline. I had to book a last minute flight with Lufthansa with one more stop in Frankfurt. Over 800$ more expensive! Smart Fares are suggesting me to accept 100$ ( paid 275$) as a refund because this the airline policy. They are not willing to contact the Czech Airline. From their point of view the reservation is OK. What a bad joke! By chance I verified the status of my reservation 2 days before departure. No assistance or support and awful service!

They post all wrong prices on there website not is accurate and the customer service representative are crap the doesn't understand $#*! and they don't know how to talk to people

I wish they have less than one star to rate them! They are liars, they do not have 24h cancelation policies; they changed my ticket date without my permission and when I called them to correct that they asked for additional$325/person, they sent me tickets with wrong last names and they asked for $125/person to change it... it is fraud!

My mom's flight was rescheduled by the airline, WE NEVER GOT ANY NOTIFICATION FROM THEM AND THE WORST THING IS WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE which doesn't make sense because my mom never asked for the change of flight. My sister who booked with another agency, with the same flight as my mom, got notified and didn't have to pay for the difference. We tried to tell them that but they wouldn't budge.

We talked hour OVER 1.5 HOURS! And we still ended up paying extra 250USD!

Also, my mom made a mistake of putting her name wrong when booking and they asked for 400USD to fix it.

Our family was traumatized booking with Smartfares. They are so sketchy.

I booked tickets for $215 and they charged my card. Did not hear from them so i called them next day. They dropped an email that they could not get that ticket for me. So, i call again and they said that they will refund my money. It has passed two weeks and been calling daily and their answer is between 7 to 10 days. Waisted my time and black listed them and no one should ever buy any tickets from them ever.

I made an international reservation through smart fare after one week I get in touch with the customer service just to making sure that the reservation is confirmed, they replied with additional fees of $176 and I already paid $1326 and agreed and told the agent to go ahead and confirm it, and still I didn't get the confirmation even though I paid extra and the was disconnected and I never received any phone calls or email, it's very poor customer service and no knowledge of how to take care of customers, I will never ever get to their website again and I don't recommend it to anyone stay away

Never, EVER, EVER use Smartfares to book 4 flights in 2019 I booked 4 flights to Ireland, and the airlines had to cancel due to Covid. The airlines said that they would issue vouchers for the flights and they would not charge extra and that the time frame was indefinite. Smartfares said that the flight had to be within 24 months and that there would be an extra charge of $487. The airlines said that we would hsve to reschedule the flights tgrough Smartfares since we booked through them. But Smsrtfares refuses to book them until we pay the $487. So, NEVER, EVER EVER book a flight thru Smartfares.!

En la reserva figuraba un precio de ******* pesos argentinos (unos 100 dólares) y en el email de confirmación el precio era de NADA MENOS QUE 1047 dólares, 947 dólares más caro. Afortunadamente el banco rechazó el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito. Son unos mentirosos y estafadores. Mienten descaradamente en el precio y después el cargo en la tarjeta es otro mucho más caro. Tengan mucho cuidado NO RECOMIENDO operar con esta gentuza.

BOOKED TICKET ON THEIR WEB, 4 TICKED PLUS $111 FOR EXTRA CHECKED IN BAG. NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. I CALLED 4 HOURS LATER TO CHECK MY BOOKING, LADY TOLD ME THAT THE PRICE THAT I BOOKED FOR IS NOT LONGER THE SAME. SHE GAVE ME OPTION TO CANCEL THE BOOKING OR FOR THE SAME PRICE I CAN KEEP THE TICKETS BUT NOT CHECKED IN BAG WHAT WAS PAID ALREADY FOR. SHE OFFERED ME 4 CARRY ON BAGS FOR FREE WITHOUT REFUND OF $111. WITH AIRLINES THAT IM USING CARRY ON BAG IS FREE WITH ANY TICKET.

Se supone que te dan un precio al inicio y después te salen con que es otro precio, con que la aerolínea cambio el valor y te terminan cobrando más. Fuera de eso te inventan que ingresaste mal el nombre y te estafan hasta mas no poder para cobrarte supuestos "fees".

DO NOT buy ticket from smartfares webpage! They are scam company. They are taking your money and not getting ticket even ticket numbers are fake that they send you by email.
