Well, I was a bit frustrated because Customer Service told me that my reservation was put on-hold due to lack of tickets and Customer Service proposed me to by more expensive tickets which were available at that moment. Extra cost was about 40 USD. I didn`t accept this changes in fare and decided not to go ahead with SmartFares. Lately I received notification from my bank that the ticket cost was blocked on my account and I immediately contacted to Customer Service who told me that tickets issued and they told me that they are going to send it to my email. So, tomorrow I`m going to fly with this tickets hopefully)
Haven't taken ma flight yet but so far have been smooth and I have a good feeling with my flight ahead!

I booked my flight tickets through SmartFares. After proceeding with the payment i realized that they didnt ask for my passport details. And i thought i got scammed. I received the tickets, but i ask SmartFares to give me refund and cancel the tickets. And they did! My refund came back after 7 business days. I red a lot of different reviews and I was afraid my money wont come back, but i just got it.
Although i would not book my tickets with SmartFares again

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
